Responsibilities
- The control, scanning, indexing, linking, hardcopy filing and distribution of documents in Prolog. This includes internal to Planning & Development Group (PDG) and external to project participants distribution of correspondence, technical submittals, project reports, Requests for Information, and contract plans and specifications.
- Prepare transmittals, distribute documents using Prolog, and retrieve documents through Prolog software.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Covington is seeking an experienced, career-track litigation paralegal with substantial work experience in AmLaw 100 firms or specialized boutique law firms who will contribute as lead paralegal on large, complex cases and provide instruction and informal mentorship to junior paralegals at the Firm.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all elements of litigation case management, including file management, case calendaring, discovery, and trial activities.
- Utilize existing systems and procedures and/or establish new procedures to facilitate the organization and retrieval of documents by and for the attorneys on the case team.

Docket Coordinator
The Docket Coordinator will exercise discretion and independent judgment in facilitating actions required to efficiently and accurately calendar all docket activities. The Docket Coordinator is responsible for performing the day-to-day duties of the Docket Department, monitoring information entered into the Firm Docketing system, and providing general litigation support. Maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and firm matters.

- Monitor daily receipts of all electronic court filings (ECF) to ensure that events are timely posted on attorney and firm calendars.
- Communicate quickly and clearly via email and phone to inquiries from attorneys, legal executive assistants, and paralegals regarding docket entries, court procedures, and filings.
- Participate in professional organizations that promote the on-going education of Federal, State and Local rule changes. Prepare and distribute announcements regarding same to local attorneys and legal support staff.
- Work with the Litigation Services Counsel to implement procedures for systems, processes, technology and services to ensure continual service enhancements, cost reductions, and organizational consistency with firm policy. Recommend changes in procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Department.
- Ensure consistent application of firm policy and adherence to risk management guidelines, as defined by the firm's legal malpractice carrier, to minimize potential malpractice exposure.
- Create Docket system electronic reminders and appointments/events on the attorney and firm calendar. Create and distribute printed reports, as requested, by attorneys.
- Answer and process incoming telephone calls and respond to e-mail inquiries disseminating information relative to the courts, judge's standing orders and Docket Department procedures.
- Assist with training of new Docket staff.
- Periodic review of case status (i.e. active or closed). Create and distribute reports to attorneys, obtain information and update database.
- Provide Electronic Case filing (CM/ECF) support to legal staff. Maintain knowledge base of e-filing requirements and procedures for all courts serviced by the Los Angeles and Dallas attorneys. Maintain tracking log of attorney court registrations, including expiration dates, and notify attorneys to ensure no lapse in registration. Assist attorneys with updating their PACER account for NextGen filing.
- Maintain accurate attorney filing credentials, create court admission accounts for attorneys, and troubleshoot credential issues.
- Forward court documents and incoming mail/email relating to active cases as provided by attorneys and legal support staff to appropriate firm personnel. Coordinate with the Record Center to ensure pleadings are indexed in the Records Management System.
- Perform searches for court information through on-line service providers such as Pacer, Courthouse News and others.
- Ensure exceptional client service levels are achieved in delivery of services to secretaries, paralegals, attorneys, and vendors.
- Participate in Docket Department meetings. Provide assistance with implementation of new technology and procedures affecting the firm.
- Ability and willingness to handle after hours filings when needed. Occasional overtime may be required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Associate's Degree; college degree preferred. Three or more years of progressive docket-related experience preferably in a large law firm environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience and knowledge of docket tasks and procedures required. Strong knowledge of Federal/State/Local court rules required. Familiarity with Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) procedures a plus. Familiarity with Court Alert a plus.
- Computer proficient with familiarity of various database systems including Outlook, Google Chrome, MS Word, and Adobe preferred. Data entry skills with 85% accuracy and minimum keyboarding skills of 30 wpm are preferred. Ability to learn and utilize specific internal or third-party Docket Department software.
- Strong knowledge of court rules and procedures and the litigation process required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Job Summary
The Division Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Global Partnerships Co- Presidents and the Global Partnerships team, ensuring strong day to day operational and administrative coordination across the division such as manage calendars, travel, meeting logistics and department office. Essential Functions
- Manage Co- Presidents Global Partnerships calendars and book all travel, hotels, set meetings, create agenda, order catering, submitting expense reports and reservations.
- Provide Support to the Global Partnerships Events and Operations Team, such as internal GP employee communications, staff gatherings, catering for GP lunches, providing general office administrative duties including but not limited to: distributing mail, answering phones, ordering supplies, and scheduling meetings.
- May coordinate internal communication between GP business units on various action items.
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of internal and external Global Partnerships team events, including all-staff meetings and the Global Partnerships Summit, LA Kings and Lakers Home Games, and onsite partner events. Help implement systems and procedures that drive operational efficiency within the larger GP team.
- Lead partner gifting and holiday gifting efforts for Global Partnerships, including sourcing, managing contacts, and distribution. Assist with the preparation and updating of summaries and overviews for multi-asset sponsorship and naming rights deals, including assisting Activation team with maintenance and updating of internal and external partner exclusivity guides.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop action plans, and ensure that they receive the necessary support throughout their cases. The Case Manager will play a critical role in managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather relevant information regarding their cases.
- Write detailed case notes and reports to document client interactions and case progress.

The Senior Executive Officer will lead Metro's Project Controls Department, responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of Metro's capital projects and its initiatives. The department handles all critical project controls functions and reporting, which includes scheduling, cost control, forecasting, estimating, document control, and risk management. The department serves as a central hub, aggregating information to support strategic oversight, financial accountability, and risk management, and integrating specialized functions to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes best practices for successful completion of transportation projects in coordination with internal management, outside agencies, and consultants
- Directs the establishment and implementation of projects policies, procedures, safety and work standards, and controls
- Provides policy recommendations, technical assistance, and information to the Board of Directors, executive management, and departments involved in the implementation and management of the projects
- Monitors funding plans for each project
- Assists in securing required funding for projects; ensures that funding is in place when required for project expenses
- Coordinates project control oversight activities with involved departments throughout the life of each project
- Monitors project schedules and budgets for each project
- Reviews Project Management Plans
- Prepares, produces, and presents oral and written reports related to Measure R/M projects and their status to executive and management staff, the Board of Directors, and outside regulatory agencies, community groups, and interagency committees

Minimum Qualifications:

- Certifications/Licenses/Special Requirements: A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Chrome Hearts is seeking a skilled Pattern Maker to create first thru production patterns for capsule collections as well as assist in making custom pieces. In this role you will be required to develop accurate samples based on sketches and references. This position requires a strong technical awareness as well as a keen ability to interpret designs in order to create flattering finished pieces that demonstrate understanding of proportion, materials and style. To ensure success as a patternmaker at Chrome Hearts, you should have extensive experience with fit, draping and a good eye for detail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Drape, draft and accurately execute final sample / garment that reflects the designer's vision.
- Make pattern revisions that adhere to design updates & fit comments discussed in fittings.
- Create made to measure, custom pieces based on client specs and design requirements.
- Provide organized instructions, easy to understand pattern with appropriate notches, seam allowances and measurements so that the sample sewer may complete the garment in an efficient manner.
- Update tech pack with approved information including specs, hardware & trims, yields, sewing instructions and other notes.
- Digitize paper patterns so that the final pattern is reflected in the pattern library.
- Maintain all standards in regard to fit, construction, how to measure, and other procedures given by the dept director.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols.
- Create a variety of products such as ready to wear men's, women's and kid's apparel, accessories, and misc. items.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College or trade school degree in Fashion Design and/or Patternmaking.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Patternmaker in High-End Contemporary and/or Luxury markets.
- Experience in hard woven and structured garments and/or leather goods preferred.
- Adept at maintaining precision such as accuracy in measuring and cutting.
- Proficient with computer drafting software (Tukatech), Adobe Illustrator, Excel, etc.
- Experience with tailoring or made to measure and custom fitting garments is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of cut & sew fabrics, sewing construction and various finishes.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Must possess foresight and soft skills in adaptability and problem solving.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and follow up skills.
- Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to take direction, respond well to feedback, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
