About the Job:
Odoo is hiring Account Executives to join our North America Partnerships team. In this role, you'll pursue warm leads and recruit new organizations to join Odoo’s partner network across the region.
You'll introduce partners to Odoo’s suite of business applications, which they can offer alongside their existing services to create new revenue streams. You'll also manage partner relationships within a defined territory and guide them through onboarding and the sales cycle.
We provide full training on the Odoo ecosystem so you can successfully close deals and support tailored implementations. We’re looking for proactive, results-driven individuals with a strong “get-it-done” mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct company partnership recruitment for the Odoo ERP (enterprise resource planning) Software. Using the following methods:
- Research-based on data analytics, score tracking using CRM (customer relationship management), and evaluating candidates using the BANT strategy (budget authority needs timeline).
- Develop strategies to increase revenue using the Odoo scoring lead system to project the increase in business revenue, identify potential up-sells and cross-selling, and help adapt Odoo ERP software for future clients using Python and SQL (programming languages).
- Analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data from Odoo software, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards using Odoo software to report to the manager.
- Meet or exceed monthly assigned Account Executive sales quotas by accurately forecasting, effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities, and advancing deals to closure per projected timelines
- Work in a consultative fashion to design tailored implementation packages and negotiate its content with future partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (business-oriented major preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong software and new technologies awareness
- 1+ years experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Curiosity to learn how businesses operate

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), which includes a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievements, business needs, and location.

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help design, build, and scale tvScientific's contract and billing systems that support direct advertisers, internal teams, and Finance. This role focuses on building backend services that can support a wide range of contract structures and billing models while maintaining strong guarantees around correctness, auditability, and operational reliability.
You'll work on systems that must operate accurately across different commercial relationships and external partners, ensuring our contract logic remains consistent, flexible, and maintainable as the business scales.
This is a high-impact backend role at the intersection of revenue, finance, and customer operations, where clear domain modeling, data integrity, and sound engineering judgment matter more than any specific implementation approach.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement backend systems for contract lifecycle management, including creation, versioning, approvals, amendments, and renewals
- Build and evolve contract management capabilities (e.g., terms, payouts, attribution rules, eligibility, and partner-specific logic) for our CPA Contract/Billing model
- Support the expansion of CPM billing model contracts, including rate management, impression-based calculations, and integrations with billing and finance systems
- Develop APIs and services that serve customers, internal operations teams, and finance stakeholders
- Partner closely with Product, Finance, and Data teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Ensure systems are auditable, accurate, and compliant, with strong data integrity guarantees
- Improve system observability, reliability, and performance as contract volume and complexity scale
- Own backend services and data models related to contracts and billing
- Lead technical design discussions and make pragmatic architectural decisions
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code with a strong focus on correctness
- Drive improvements in data consistency, validation, and error handling across contract workflows
- Review code and mentor other engineers, setting a high bar for backend quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support new deal structures and evolving business models

Understanding and improving how we optimize ads through the ads delivery funnel to Pinners is fundamental to Pinterest's long-term success. We're looking for a data scientist to join our team in pushing the boundaries in ads optimization. You will be a key member of an organization of talented data scientists innovating on ads delivery.
What you'll do:
- Strategy: Evolve our strategy by working closely with product and engineering leaders to build on past learnings and shape our platform's future.
- Experimentation: Improve our experimentation capabilities and tools for assessing our ad delivery system, advise on best practices, identify flaws, and build tools and frameworks for experiment analysis.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor peers, improving team output through continuous, candid feedback that recognizes strengths and identifies areas for growth. Be a technical leader for junior data scientists.
- Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate complex analytical findings and insights to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest developments in data science, causal inference, and advertising technology to drive innovation.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data
- Direct involvement in the evaluation, refinement, and deployment of ads optimization models for ads delivery systems.
- Proficiency in leveraging large datasets for performance analysis and gap identification.
- Proven ability to apply scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data
- Expertise in SQL and Python
- Strong business and product sense: delight in shaping vague questions into well-defined analyses and success metrics that drive business decisions
- Excellent communication skills: able to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings with leadership and product teams
- Experience leading key technical projects and substantially influencing the scope and output of others
- Experience in digital ad delivery stacks preferred

Capacity Management and Operations is a new team supporting multiple internal Client organizations. We manage their Capacity Management process, improving it where necessary, and provide operational support for the work pipeline. Our engineers help resolve capacity regression cases which save the Client millions in data center running costs per year. We also enable the most cutting edge work by aligning the demand and supply for critical infrastructure.
Quick learning is the most critical part of this job. Each internal Client org is different, most of them are using custom tools and have different needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cross-functional capacity management or operations, but must be open to navigate a steep learning curve. Experience with automation, scripting and coding will be a great asset. Good communication is a must.
Key tasks
- Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders in each Client org to manage their current and future needs
- Act as the owner of and actively develop the Capacity Management framework
- Collaborate cross-functionally on a daily basis with stakeholders from multiple Client orgs
- Support engineers in implementing the framework for each specific Client org case
- Support the Client orgs in capacity planning and building their capacity monitoring processes
- Act as a SPOC for non-standard requests related to Capacity Management and Operations service

Qualifications / requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management
- Good understanding of capacity planning and monitoring
- Expert communication skills in English - both spoken and written - including being proactive about communication with team members and beyond the team
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, large-scale environment
- Willingness to learn and the desire to gain knowledge and skills to constantly improve qualifications
- Some extent of flexibility to participate in oncall rotation and oncall handover meetings
