Litigation Legal Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (HYBRID) 2 days on-site, 3 WFH
Salary: $95,000–$110,000
LHH is working with a mid-sized, high-volume litigation practice that is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with 7+ years of heavy trial desk experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in general litigation, white collar, employment, business contract disputes, product liability, or aeronautics. Defense-side personal injury experience is also acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation desk of 50–60 active cases
- Draft, revise, and finalize pleadings and other legal documents
- Perform daily/weekly e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts
- Maintain attorney calendars and docket all critical deadlines
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and litigation-related appointments
- Handle client and third-party communications (phone/email)
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Post attorney time and assist with billing processes
- Provide general administrative and executive-level support
- Support 3–5 trials per year
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years as a litigation legal assistant in a mid-sized or large firm, or supporting a heavy trial desk
- Strong e-filing experience across WA state, federal, and appellate courts
- Strong calendaring/docketing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Successful completion of a background check
- Completion of skills testing (typing speed, Word proficiency, etc.)

Description:
- The SPT I is responsible for general support functions within the Specimen Processing Department. This position requires a data entry background.
- Functions performed may include but are not limited to A-station, presort, pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory, imaging/microfilming, centrifugation and aliquoting.
- All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy and in a timely manner. Job is complex and requires that employee have good organization skills and is able to learn and understand specimen types related to test(s) ordered by client.
- The SPT I must have to the ability learn and understand the compliance regulations related to test ordering which may change on a daily basis. This position is critical to quality for customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, since many changes do occur from day to day, great flexibility on the part of the SPT I is required. The SPT I will be exposed to many different demands made by the customer.
- Majority of SPT I work on the night shift but based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on call and overtime availability is a requirement.
- Department is a production environment, with emphasis on productivity/quality standards and departmental completion times.
- Position requires data background with abilities to enter 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour. Works in a bio hazard environment, practicing good safety habits.

Responsible for physical receipt of products, product staging, and routing of materials into and out of the Business Unit (BU).
Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
1) Inspect, verify items to vendor paperwork, date stamp product in preparation for putaway.
2) Notify the receiving team of any discrepancies of materials versus shippers' documentation.
3) Notify receiving team of any short-dated materials upon receipt (less than 30 days of shelf life) and report to the Lean Supply Supervisor to determine any possible actions that may need taken.
4) Put warehoused items in their designated storage areas and rotate stock according to receipt date and expiration dates to ensure proper stock rotation and use prior to expiration.
5) Stage and deliver stock from the warehouse to the appropriate stocking areas within the laboratory departments.
6) Assist in warehouse cycle counting process.
7) Physically prepare shipments, for outbound shipments.
8) Comply with all applicable and current Materials and Services Management, Human Resources, Employee Health and Safety, Compliance, OSHA, CLIA, etc. policies and procedures.
9) Perform other duties as required.

The team works on keeping Maps Data current and reflective of real-world changes. The Mapping Maintenance Expert will be responsible for improving & maintenance of city / country transit data and providing country specific expertise. The Maintenance Expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining transit data pipelines and establishing the ground truth for the countries they would be responsible for maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities as a Maintenance Expert:
Communicating with City Experts & other stakeholder teams and achieving the project objectives.
Identify transit user expectations, broken critical user journeys, data gaps and provide insights to the product.
Validate quality of new and updated data in the data management platform.
Make necessary edits for all transit data types.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000–$150,000 annually. Placement within the range will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity considerations.
