The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative and clerical tasks associated with customer accounts.

Essential Functions
  • Assists the sales team with the following day-to-day support functions:
    • Processing purchase orders
    • Emails customers about repair orders or purchase orders that need attention
    • Oversee RMA requests
    • Provides tracking information and order related details upon request
    • Assists with pulling and quoting TRG contract renewals
    • Works with sales to manage to PR, DR, and PC creations and renewals

    • Order status follow up and tracking
  • Performs proactive management of team's SFDC
    • Regularly reviews neglected account reports for each assigned sales team member
    • Ensuring close dates are valid
    • Understands all aspects of SFDC and provides trainings to the sales team on an as-needed basis

  • Works directly with vendors and distributors as needed

  • Project tracking reporting — This includes all schedules, appointments, and reports
  • Maintains notes in PSA and job field files as necessary
  • Handle office duties such as preparing and printing reports, preparing purchase orders, daily work orders, and daily communication with the PM and Super about ongoing projects
  • Assist the office staff, the production management staff and sales staff as needed
  • Providing quick and accurate responses to vendors, agents, and customers
  • Complete, route and review forms, applications, and other paperwork within the company when it comes to your attention
  • Work and communicate with insurance companies, agents, and customers regarding their claims from beginning to end
  • Answer the phone, direct calls, and assist clients
  • Communicate a positive image of the company to the entire staff and customers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Two-year college degree or job experience equivalent
  • Insurance claims experience
  • MS Office products


LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid State driver's license


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer; to operate a motor vehicle and to visit various customers and meeting sites; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone

Your expertise will be vital in circulating and scrubbing for procedures in General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, and Robotics.


  • Circulate and scrub across various surgical specialties
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care

  • Document patient information accurately and timely using Epic, Pyxis, and Vocera
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols


To be successful in this role, you must have:


  • 2 years of Operating Room experience
  • Valid Ohio RN license
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance
  • Experience with Level I trauma and CNOR certification preferred
