Position Summary:
The Paving Superintendent provides overall project support and leadership to all team members and subcontractors. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality, adhering to all specifications and company standards.
Responsibilities:

- Address team member issues by suspending employees if necessary, in consultation with the Operations Manager. All terminations are handled by Senior Management.
- Monitor and support all Foreman responsibilities.
- Verify subcontractor work hours and ensure sign-in/out sheets are completed legibly.
- Conduct daily project inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and all cleanup is completed.
- Report all accidents and incidents immediately to the supervisor and Safety Department.
- Communicate with Quality Control and review reports to ensure data accuracy and alignment with project measurements. Track yields, density, slope, and straight edge compliance.
- Submit daily schedule requests to Dispatch (cc Plant Manager, Operations Manager, QC Manager, and Operations Coordinator) by 10 AM for day shifts and at the end of the shift for night work.
- Send the weekly schedule to the Operations Coordinator (cc Operations Manager and Dispatch) every Thursday by 10 AM.
- Attend weekly Operations Meetings and prepare in advance for special project requirements.

A Project Manager must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Review and understand proposals, estimates, contracts and scopes of work.

- Maintain and organize the shop drawing process, including ordering, receiving and expediting shop drawings from vendors and subcontractors. Review, transmit and expedite shop drawings to the appropriate engineer or owner representative. Distribute shop drawings to project team.
- Approve vendor/subcontractor requisitions for payment.
- Participate in completing and performing annual employee evaluations.
- Review and approve daily timesheets from the crews assigned to your projects.
- Perform cost estimating for new projects and change order estimates for assigned projects.
- Identify and manage project claims efficiently, including utility damage, private property claims, etc. Work with Risk Management to mitigate and resolve issues.
- Identify and correct safety infractions. Work with Safety Director to help improve company safety.
- Perform a variety of management duties which may change periodically.
- Proficient with Windows computers and various software, including scheduling, spreadsheets, word processor, email, and project management software.

Location: Sanford, FL - Float
Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients' charts. Assists with treatments ordered by the provider under supervision. Prepares treatment rooms for patient examinations. Performs basic clerical duties, including answering phones, maintaining records, and filing. Orders and stocks supplies, ensuring a clean and orderly environment. Documents provider encounters with patients, including diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions. Transcribes patient orders for laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications. Provides patient education and explanations of risks and benefits. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to perform procedures and treatments. Maintains accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and medical procedures. Ensures compliance with clinical policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

As a Security Supervisor, you play a critical leadership role in keeping our corporate offices safe, secure, and welcoming. This position blends hands-on security oversight with people leadership and operational coordination. You lead and support Security personnel, oversee investigations, manage safety and security systems, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and state regulations.

What You’ll Do as a Security Supervisor:
- Lead and support Security personnel to ensure daily procedures and responsibilities are followed according to corporate policy and state regulations.
- Manage and maintain security and maintenance systems, including the Villa Maintenance system, electronic key control, and surveillance platforms.
- Conduct and oversee internal criminal and civil investigations and serve as a liaison with Law Enforcement and Emergency Services.
- Administer government-mandated safety and security programs such as Bloodborne Pathogens and Hazard Communication training.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests and supporting internal departments when needed.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and operational teams to resolve security-related issues and support business needs.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident reports, investigation summaries, and operational documentation.
- Respond to critical incidents and take command of incident scenes, including fire alarms and emergency situations.
- Coordinate and supervise security coverage for special events and high-profile activities.
- Participate in operational, safety, and risk management meetings as directed.
- Ensure Disaster Plans, Emergency Procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures are followed and kept current.
- Operate company vehicles when required.
What You Will Bring as a Security Supervisor:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field is required (minimum of 3 year)
- Possession of a valid Unarmed Security Officer license (as required by the state of employment) is a plus; however, we will assist qualified candidates in obtaining this certification if needed
- Certificate certificates in First Aid, CPR and AED highly preferred but not required
- Prior hospitality or guest service experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems used to complete reports, logs, and email communication
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Excellent judgment, integrity, and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
- Must have a Class D Security Guard License (Unarmed) issued by the State of Florida
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Requires physical stamina and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, remain on your feet for extended periods, climb stairs, and move quickly for short distances as needed
