About the Role

The Director of AML Compliance will lead a dedicated team responsible for monitoring and enforcing anti-money laundering policies and procedures. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding the integrity of the firm's financial services. The role is fully office-based in the New York metro area — remote work is not available for this position.

The Perfect Candidate

• Seasoned AML leader with experience in a regulated financial services environment
• Deep knowledge of BSA, FINRA, SEC, and state AML regulations
• Hands-on with AML systems and data, with a track record of building efficient, scalable programs
• Series 7, CAMS

What You'll Do

• Regulatory Oversight: Oversee the firm's AML compliance program in accordance with the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and applicable federal and state regulations. Prepare for and respond to regulatory exams, audits, and inquiries.
• Program Leadership: Maintain and enhance AML WSPs, risk assessments, and internal controls. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance across all applicable requirements.
• AML Governance: Act as subject-matter expert on CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and SARs. Manage alerts, investigations, and escalations, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory filings.
• Technology & Data: Partner with Technology, Operations, and Data teams to implement and refine AML systems and controls. Design, enhance, and optimise AML data flows, reporting, and surveillance processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual review.
• Training & Risk: Provide guidance and training to AML staff and stakeholders. Influence business decisions by providing clear, risk-based compliance guidance.
• Strategic Partnering: Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, working alongside leadership to enable business growth while maintaining regulatory integrity.

What You Bring

• Series 7 Required and open to obtaining Series 24
• Significant AML experience within a regulated broker-dealer or financial services environment.
• Relevant FINRA licensing or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• In-depth knowledge of current federal and state AML regulations and rules.
• Strong background in AML data, systems, and reporting.
• Familiarity with leading AML monitoring platforms preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
• Knowledge of futures and event contracts is a plus.

What You Will Do

• Manages and provides the full scope of advanced nursing practice for targeted patient populations, which may include short-term treatment of members at the point of care. Evaluates patient responses to therapy/interventions. Ensures revision of the inter-professional plan of care as necessary to achieve quality outcomes.
• Serves as the clinical authority on individualized care teams and leads rounds and interdisciplinary care team meetings.
• Manages and provides comprehensive, advanced nursing care, including post-discharge aftercare visits, annual comprehensive assessment visits, palliative care-care management program onboarding, and change in condition assessment visits (including physical examination, comprehensive history, screening for physical and/or psychological conditions, and point of care testing). Urgent interventions (i.e., escalations for the Care Teams, RPM, and the 24/7 Line), pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, ordering treatments and DME,  preventative health maintenance activities, care management, referrals, discharge planning, counseling, and patient education.  Establishes a treatment plan based on clinical findings and determines when further evaluation by the collaborating physician, specialist, or emergency care is warranted.
• Collaborates with patients, families, primary care physicians and other team members to provide assessment and care planning.  Assesses, plans, and provides intensive and continuous care management across client settings.
• Manages and provides clinical services in compliance with standards of Patient-Centered Medical Home standards, meaningful use of medical record data, HEDIS and QARR quality of care measurements.
• Manages inter-professional team efforts regarding the medical, nursing, therapy and ancillary care provided to patients to ensure quality outcomes are achieved.
• Participates in on call coverage schedule to ensure 24/7 access to practice clinicians.
• Assesses, educates, and improves client and caregiver knowledge of chronic disease, self-care management, and identification of changes in health status, including appropriate responses and actions through individualized education and inter-professional interventions.
• Observes and analyzes team performance patterns related to population under care and assists in developing interventions to improve team performance.  Provides remedial support and guidance to interdisciplinary team members to address implementation/evaluation of plans that maintain/increase customer experience with care, cost-efficiency, and quality care compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicates with internal and external care partners regarding the needs of the patient or population to ensure interventions occur in a timely and appropriate manner. Intervenes as needed when the care plan is not executed and remediates the situation to prevent reoccurrence.
• Performs procedures as outlined in collaborative practice agreement and as privileged by the Credentialing Committee.
• Manages quality of medical record documentation and submits billing information in accordance with Professional Corporation policy.
• Provides care in one or more care settings based on the clinical requirements: virtually, telephonically or travels to patients’ homes and/or other facilities with varying environments (e.g., elevated buildings, walk-ups, care facilities, single/multiple family homes, presence of pets, etc.) using approved transportation options.
• Upon request, performs peer reviews of work performance, including quality of care, clinical documentation, coding and billing practices, communication skills, and population surveillance.
• May participate in the VNS Health Medical Care at Home Quality and Professional Advisory Committee and any associated workgroups related to development of evidence based clinical models of care, peer education and training, quality improvement, medical record configuration and reporting, maximizing the use of clinical decision support systems.
• May act as a preceptor for student Nurse Practitioners, providing excellent role modeling of community-based primary care practice.
• Assumes responsibility for continued professional growth, and maintains professional certification and licensure.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Certificate (license) and current registration to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New York, with a specialty in adult health, family health or gerontology required

Job Description

Gotham is seeking a curious, collaborative, and communicative IT Associate to lead and support the organization’s technology infrastructure across all locations. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing hardware, software, and network systems while ensuring seamless technology operations for both retail stores and office teams.

The IT Associate will play a key role in managing day-to-day technical operations while also identifying opportunities to improve systems, implement new technologies, and support cross-departmental initiatives. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with teams across the organization. Experience with emerging technologies such as AI tools and e-commerce platforms like Shopify will help support Gotham’s continued growth and innovation.

Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Gotham’s IT infrastructure across all retail and office locations.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, devices, and technology systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and other devices.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance.
• Manage device management systems and maintain inventory of company technology assets.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes including device provisioning and account management.
• Administer company collaboration platforms including Slack, user permissions, channels, and integrations.
• Manage Google Workspace services including Google OAuth, Google Drive, and related tools.
• Install, configure, and manage company software while ensuring licenses remain compliant and systems remain secure.
• Maintain and support Shopify backend systems and integrations as needed.
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflows.
• Establish and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and protocols to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization on technology initiatives and operational improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience managing and maintaining IT systems in a multi-location environment.
• Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience with device management systems and IT asset tracking.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience administering collaboration tools such as Slack.
• Knowledge of Shopify backend systems or e-commerce platform administration.
• Interest in or experience implementing AI tools or automation technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
