Job Summary and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
- Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
- Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
- Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.
Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC EXPERIENCED Gynecologist to join a group practice established in 2015. Group consists of one BC GYN and one BC Uro-Gynecologist.
This would be 100% GYN. OB is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily field operations on heavy civil construction projects including underground utilities, sitework, roadway construction, and infrastructure development.
- Coordinate project activities with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal crews to maintain efficient workflow and meet project milestones.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules to ensure projects stay on track.
- Supervise and direct field crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and productivity.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all jobsites in coordination with company safety personnel and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction field supervision, preferably in site development and underground utilities.
- Strong background in underground utilities, storm drain, lift/pump stations and force main systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors on active jobsites.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling practices.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and company leadership to meet project goals.

The mission: Stand up a sterile medical-device manufacturing operation from the ground up. You’ll lead process design and validation for an initial portfolio of 3 products, build and qualify cleanroom production, and partner closely with Quality/Regulatory, Documentation, and Manufacturing Technicians to reach commercial readiness. Deep technical expertise in precision manufacturing is required.
What you’ll do
- Greenfield setup: Specify, source, and commission production equipment; design cell layout, material flow, and environmental controls for ISO-class cleanrooms.
- Process development & validation: Author and execute IQ/OQ/PQ; develop robust, statistically controlled processes (DOE, SPC, MSA, GR&R).
- Sterile manufacturing readiness: Establish validated sterilization pathways (e.g., EtO, gamma, or e-beam) and packaging validations per ISO 11607.
- Documentation: Create/own DMR/DMRIs, pFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and change control with full revision discipline.
- Quality systems partnership: Work hand-in-hand with QA/RA to meet FDA 21 CFR 820 / ISO 13485; support internal/external audits and CAPA/RCA.
- Scale & throughput: Build line balance, takt, and capacity models; drive scrap/downtime reduction; implement error-proofing (poka-yoke), visual controls, and standard work.
- Training & leadership: Mentor techs; transfer processes to production; build operator certification plans.
- HSE & compliance: Enforce cleanroom behaviors (gowning, environmental monitoring, bio-burden/particulates), EHS, and OSHA requirements.
- Launch metrics: Hit PPAP/first-article targets (where applicable), release lots to spec, and meet cost/quality/delivery objectives.
