The School of Law seeks an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to the Dean and to manage the daily operations of the Office of the Dean. The EA serves as the primary point of contact for the Office of the Dean and is responsible for coordinating the Dean's calendar and commitments, overseeing office operations and staff support, and assisting with projects and events sponsored by the Office of the Dean. - Ensure the Office of the Dean and its conference room remain clean, organized, and presentable for visitors, meetings, and events, and manage conference room reservations, set-up, and logistics.
- Supervise, train, and schedule student workers and front-desk staff, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment and ensuring adequate coverage and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as organization evolves
- Execute meetings, receptions, retreats, and other events sponsored or supported by the Office of the Dean, including research and data gathering as needed.
- Ensure projects and initiatives are executed accurately, on time, and with appropriate follow-through.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of the Dean, responding to and directing inquiries, managing sensitive communications, and ensuring correspondence is handled promptly and accurately.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, University leadership, and external constituents, reflecting the professionalism and values of the School of Law in all interactions.
- Coordinate the flow of information between the Dean and key stakeholders, ensuring messages are communicated clearly, issues are addressed or elevated appropriately, and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.

- Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

The Sustaining R&D Manager serves as the technical lead of Paragonix's commercialized portfolio, balancing rigorous engineering oversight with strategic growth initiatives. - Manage R&D technical activities required for entering new international markets, ensuring strict compliance with relevant global standards.
- Provide comprehensive technical file support by working closely with the Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Monitor production and post-market data to identify trends in product performance. Initiate and implement design improvements as needed to enhance overall reliability and quality.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve organizational goals by providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Promote and reinforce best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or other applicable engineering field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of medical device development experience. 3+ years managing direct reports.
- Experience with CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and familiarity with GD&T principles.
- Expertise in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).

Join our tax team and play a key role in managing tax matters for one or more RMR-managed companies. Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of the Enterprise Account Manager: Acting as a single point of contact, the Account manager is responsible for uncovering revenue generating opportunities from Astound's existing customers.

The Security Operations Dispatcher uses established protocols to process alarms and dispatch appropriate public safety resources. MPS Operations interacts daily with other operations and public safety dispatch centers to answer and transfer calls and incident information, and maintain communications with field personnel.
Municipal Protective Services (MPS) Operations is a 24/7, 365-day operation supporting over 600 City of Boston properties and facilities - maintaining radio communications and operations for MPS Security Officers and Supervisors, and monitoring intrusion and fire alarms across all City of Boston, Boston Public Schools, and Boston Public Library locations.
The City of Boston Property Management Department's (PMD) mission is to manage, maintain, repair, and provide security for the City's municipal buildings, including City Hall and Faneuil Hall; to preserve the useful life of City facilities and reduce operating costs through effective preventative maintenance measures.
Responsibilities- Processes incoming and outgoing emergency and non-emergency signals from alarm monitoring software consistent with established protocols and procedures.
- Provides clear and relevant information to field and operations personnel in response to received alarm signals or calls.
- Communicates with Municipal officers, law enforcement, fire, and EMS units as necessary to ensure the safety of people and property.
