Great Life work Balance position with excellent benefits! The Driver is responsible for driving and transporting participants around the community and to medical appointments as needed. The pay is $20 hourly. This is a full-time position, Monday- Friday 8-4 position; no nights, weekends or holidays!
Location: Brighton, MA
Responsibilities:
- Transports participants around the community, to and from medical appointments and other outside appointments, as necessary.
- Assists participants to and from the van for all pickups and drop offs.
- Uses preventative measures to maintain vehicles’ interior and exterior on a consistent basis to ensure safe transportation.
- Notifies the Director immediately of any incidents out of the ordinary, client injuries, client falls, or accidents.
- Works with Supervisor of Drivers to identify specific needs of each participant.
- Removes snow around surrounding area of vans during the winter months to ensure client safety and the safe operation of the van.
- Assists the Day Care Center Staff with local activities and other duties, as needed.
- Ability to pass a fit test. Position may include duties that require wearing a face mask where a seal is critical. Incumbent may be required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.
- Performs other duties as requested.

- Valid state Driver’s License from the state of residence

Workforce analytics, metrics, and ROI:
In collaboration with HR/TA analytics as applicable, develop and monitor dashboards and report for hiring and retention outcomes (e.g., applicant-to-interview conversion, offer acceptance, time-to-fill trends by specialty, early turnover, event outcomes). Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of workforce initiatives, remain current on multigenerational workforce and labor market trends, and recommend evidence-informed improvements.

• Knowledge of nursing roles, specialty practice areas, and common qualification requirements that affect nurse hiring (e.g., licensure, acute care experience, oncology/infusion experience, scheduling models, shift coverage needs).

- Works with the Event Management System (EMS) to reserve office and conference spaces and to develop/revise step-by-step instructions for staff and faculty on room bookings.
- Maintains shared workspaces and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness, order, and availability of equipment and computer peripherals at each workstation.
- Acts as liaison to facilities and IT regarding routine office repairs and issues, reporting, tracking, and following up on resolution.
Process Development:
- Drafts and revises process improvements and operational procedures, submitting drafts for approval to the Associate Director of Finance and Operations. Examples include (but are not limited to): overseeing the procurement and tracking of office equipment, maintaining and updating inventory systems.

Program and Event Support:

Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Inside Sales Representative based in Needham, MA. The role involves generating leads, cold calling, building relationships with clients, and managing accounts to ensure great customer satisfaction. This position will primarily be responsible for selling truckloads of grocery items. All sales are inside, which requires this individual to be organized, energetic, and highly motivated in order to achieve sales goals. The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager, and collaborate with other team members to implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and cold call prospects
- Research and identify new potential accounts
- Maintain and expand company database of prospects
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
- Overcome objections from potential customers
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Data entry of available products into the inside quoting program
- Report to Sales Manager on a weekly basis with new and current customer progress
- Work cross-functionally with Logistics and Accounting departments
Qualifications
- Ability to work on-site in Needham, MA
- Track record of success in an inside sales position
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Account management and client relations skills
- Expertise in prospecting, generating leads, and cold calling
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus

- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
- Build your book
- Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
