Compensation
The pay range for this position is $114,300 - $139,700 annually. The Ecommerce Merchandising Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the Trina Turk website. This position acts as a process owner and collaborates with cross-functional areas to troubleshoot and implement processes to ensure the website operates efficiently.
The eCommerce Merchandising Manager is responsible for creating a consumer-first experience to drive sales and engagement. They will build a compelling catalog of product and devise effective selling strategies, manage the consumer journey and shopping experience, and execute product launches and promotions. This role is responsible for reporting on product performance and reviewing historical sales data to make informed product recommendations and increase sales. How You'll Contribute:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable project manager to operate within one of our client ecosystems. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, managing deliverables from engineering, CAD and Programming and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is responsible for completing systems integration projects on time, on budget and achieving high customer satisfaction from our stakeholders. As a DC Planning & Reporting Senior Analyst you will be responsible for facilitating effective decision-making and business operational performance by analyzing metrics and designing reports that impact the planning and distribution center operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and analysis, help develop end-user performance reporting to drive improvement opportunities across the supply chain and DC Operations.
The role will be very hands on and entrepreneurial and requires past experience in analytics and warehousing. What You'll Do:
- Guide business process sessions, foster problem-solving, and conduct analyses with stakeholders. Articulate the outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
- Responsible for leading and driving cross-functional alignment within flow, KPI visualizations, labor planning and actualization to plans, ensuring financial goals are met.

- Anticipate and address operational and strategic requirements proactively, while innovatively improving and creating new metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to empower effective decision-making.
- Establish strong working relationships across all levels to ensure comprehensive project satisfaction and to effectively manage expectations related to functionality and deliverables.
You'll Need to Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Info systems or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience developing business and/or technology solutions and managing multiple technical consulting projects.
- Ability to read/write SQL
