PURPOSE OF POSITION: Providing administrative s upport for the operations of our vehicle repair shop. This position is critical to ensuring an efficient workflow by managing work orders, tracking vehicle repairs, and serving as the primary point of contact for shop-related needs. By minimizing distractions to technicians and maintaining accurate records, the Vehicle Shop Administrator contributes to the overall success and productivity of the shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work Orders and Documentation:


  • Write and manage detailed work orders for all vehicles and equipment entering the shop.

  • Track and monitor vehicle repair costs, status reports, and downtime using fleet management software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role within a vehicle repair shop is preferred.

The Retail Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Ariat’s retail and shop-in-shop programs.   • Owning the strategy and execution of Ariat’s retail and shop-in-shop programs, identifying opportunities to enhance brand presentation, performance, and processes

About You

  • 4+ years of experience managing the creative development of retail, point-of-sale, or printed materials, with a solid understanding of production workflows; knowledge of pre-press and printing processes a plus

  • Comfortable owning multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, evolving environment where timelines and priorities may shift
