Responsible for inspection, installation, and repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-action, Deluge and Foam systems; Testing, rebuilding and/or replacing Backflow Preventers. Responsible for identifying trouble areas and performing service in an efficient and professional manner to ensure that sprinkler systems are operating properly. We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented lead technician. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and a good communicator. This important position will establish a rapport and build positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities include:
Sprinkler and Backflow Systems Installation, Repair, & Service:
- Prepare jobsite, performing visual inspection of system, disabling horn & strobes, and alerting alarm company and fire department.
- Install/hang sprinkler systems and their components per NFPA and engineering guidelines.
- Install or replace wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and foam systems as needed.
- Repair and/or replace all sprinkler systems components.
Repair, replace and rebuild backflow preventers as necessary.
- Verify proper communication with monitoring station when working on a monitored system after repair.
- Perform system tests to verify alarm & sprinkler systems are working properly upon completion of repair.
- Complete installation paperwork in a timely manner and turn completed paperwork into branch management.
- Report Deficiencies to Department Manager.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Fire Sprinkler Journeyman License
- 1-3 years field experience in Sprinkler and Backflow systems service.
- Fire and /or Life Safety Systems experience.
- Must have or be able & willing to attain state Sprinkler and/or Backflow Licenses.
- Possess a valid driverโs license and driving record that meets company requirements.
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to visually inspect and service sprinkler and backflow systems.
- Must be able to recognize alarm sights and sounds.
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes.
- May require ability to effectively use a Sprinkler Pipe Threader.
- Must be able to effectively use backflow tester, pipe wrench, various lifts and common pipe fitting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven success in performance of Sprinkler inspection, installation, and service is highly preferred.
- NICET Certification in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems and/or Water-Based Systems Layout, preferred.
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

About the Role
This senior leadership role blends deep technical expertise with business transformation strategy. The Director of Technology Solutions will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders across Fortune 100 enterprises, driving large-scale technology and business transformation through the use of Data, AI, Cloud, and Engineering services. This individual will combine technical vision, business acumen, and consultative influence to shape how next-generation technology accelerates enterprise value and growth for our customers.
What Youโll Do
Strategic Leadership and Transformation
- Serve as the primary technical strategist and executive advisor to C-suite stakeholders, articulating how integrated data, AI, cloud, and engineering solutions enable innovation, operational excellence, and market differentiation.
- Lead executive-level strategy sessions and transformation roadmap discussions that align Insight Global's technology portfolio offering with the client's strategic priorities.
- Represent the company's thought leadership at key industry and executive forums, positioning the organization as a trusted transformation partner.
- Translate emerging technology trends and market insights into practical, outcome-driven strategies for product, engineering, and sales teams.

- Provide technical and strategic guidance in structuring large-scale digital and AI-led transformation deals.
- Anticipate client challenges and proactively recommend technology-led solutions that deliver measurable business value.

What Youโll Bring
- 20+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or technical sales, including 8+ years engaging with Fortune 100 clients.
- Strong technical expertise across Data architectures, AI/ML platforms, Cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, AWS), and modern application/engineering disciplines.
- Strong technology skillset aided by business acumen and consultative mindset, ideally grounded by an MBA or significant pre-sales/technical sales experience interfacing with customer c-level executives.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technology strategies clearly to executive audiences, including VP and C-level clients.

Job Description
The Executive Director, Patient Services Great Midwest, is responsible for leading Quest Diagnosticsโ Patient Services in the Region, a scope of 2100 employees and 300+ Patient Service Centers and 500+ In-Office Phlebotomist locations. The Executive Director will lead Patient Services strategy and execution driving customer & employee experience, operational excellence and profitable growth for the business.
The ideal candidate will have successfully demonstrated experience in driving transformational change across a dispersed geographic footprint in large customer-facing operations, leveraging tools and technology, metrics, analytics and a strong process-oriented approach.
This role is a key member on the senior leadership team for the GMW region and is critical in supporting profitable growth in partnership with the Commercial Sales organization.
This position directly reports to the Regional President and is based on-site at our Wood Dale, IL office. Region travel is required.
Pay Range: $230-$270,000 base salary + 30% AIP + LTI
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
- Develop Patient Services strategy and execution plan for the business
- Deliver exceptional patient centric experience and superior customer service while driving profitable growth
- Partner with Commercial sales, Marketing and Regional leadership team on Patient Services priorities and strategic goals, including creating a customer-centric and high-performance oriented team
- Own profitability of Patient Services operations
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing operations - meet or exceed all metrics such as patient wait time, recollections, patient satisfaction, PSC and IOP cost and productivity, employee turnover, employee engagement and quality metrics, etc.
- Grow patient encounters with commercial
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, medical quality and safety (OSHA) guidelines.
- Ensure training standards are followed across the entire team, clients, commercial and other ad hoc team members.

Qualifications
