Core Responsibilities
- Maintains expertise on Company's products/services to effectively manage team Sales of Comcast Ethernet, Internet, Voice and TV services to enterprise customers ranging from 20-500 employees as well as medical and education institutions.
- Develops and monitors sale promotions and incentives to meet business goals and objectives. Ensures team and individual rep achievement of all sales, plus quality, goals and standards.
- Ensures competence and continuity of qualified Enterprise Account Executives through optimum selection, training and development and appraisal and motivation techniques.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of Company's products/services, pricing practices and selling skills to effectively oversee regional sales deployment of new products and services that target the enterprise segment.
- Manages records of individual, as well as group, sales and performance activities relative to business goals and objectives. Ensures accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly and monthly revenue and unit numbers through experience with processing and analyzing of data.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $121,680.00 - $202,800.00 Targeted Commission: $70,000.00 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Your RoleAs a Senior/Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Foundations, you will own the core capabilities that power trust, security, identity, permissions, insights, and foundational UI components across Zip. You will define and deliver platform-level features that support our largest enterprise customers, ensure world-class security and governance, and enable teams across Zip to build consistent, performant, and compliant product experiences.
You Will
- Lead Zip's authentication and security roadmap, including MFA, step-up MFA, Multi-IdP SSO, IP restrictions, anomaly detection, and account takeover prevention.
- Define and drive strategy for Zip's data governance, reporting and insights capabilities.
- Own enterprise-grade permissions and access controls, ensuring clarity, auditability, and scalability for complex organizational structures.

Your Qualifications

- Strong understanding of SSO/SAML, OAuth, MFA, and broader enterprise authentication patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts (multi-cell architectures, regional deployments, multi-tenant models, isolation patterns) and the ability to partner effectively with Infrastructure Engineering on architectural decisions.
- Strong data literacy with experience using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) and shaping how data is modeled and presented to customers.
