Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Growth
- Generates volume and market share growth for assigned products within a specific geographic area.

- Provides regular sales reports and recommendations to leadership to increase market share and continuous improvement.

What you will bring to the table:

The Strategic Data(RWD) Acquisition Manager will be an integral part of Surescripts' data ecosystem by executing negotiations with Surescripts Network Alliance partners to secure data usage rights, while also identifying and acquiring new, strategic data sources. This person will play a critical role in maintaining access to high quality data necessary for the development of solutions that will deliver value and improve the experience for stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate potential data sources of interest that expand Surescripts' data portfolio. Create comprehensive value propositions for how the data could be used within Surescripts' solutions, and valuation of the data to make offers to data sources for data acquisition.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field;
- 8+ years of experience in business development and/or related experience in the procurement/acquisition of healthcare data.
- Strong understanding of regulations around healthcare data, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA).

As an Account Executive for Smart Building Solutions, you’ll own a pipeline of target accounts and drive new customer acquisition in facilities and portfolio environments (owners/operators, FM providers, data center operators, and adjacent ecosystems). The Scientific Computing and Data group at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai partners with scientists to accelerate scientific discovery. To achieve these aims, we support a cutting-edge high-performance computing and data ecosystem along with MD/PhD-level support for researchers. The group is composed of a high-performance computing team, a clinical data warehouse team and a data services team.
The Lead HPC Architect, Cybersecurity, High Performance Computational and Data Ecosystem, is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the cybersecurity infrastructure and technical operations of Scientific Computing’s computational and data science ecosystem. This ecosystem includes a 25,000+ core and 40+ petabyte usable high-performance computing (HPC) systems, clinical research databases, and a software development infrastructure for local and national projects. The HPC system is the fastest in the world at any academic biomedical center (Top 500 list).
To meet Sinai’s scientific and clinical goals, the Lead brings a strategic, tactical and customer-focused vision to evolve the ecosystem to be continually more resilient, secure, scalable and productive for basic and translational biomedical research. The Lead combines deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, HPC systems, storage, networking, and software infrastructure with a strong focus on service, collaboration, and strategic planning for researchers and clinicians throughout the organization and beyond. The Lead is an expert troubleshooter, productive partner and leader of projects. The lead will work with stakeholders to make sure the HPC infrastructure is in compliance with governmental funding agency requirements and to promote efficient resource utilizations for researchers
This position reports to the Director for HPC and Data Ecosystem in Scientific Computing and Data.
Key Responsibilities:
HPC Cybersecurity & System Administration:
- Design, implement, and manage all cybersecurity operations within the HPC environment, ensuring alignment with industry standards (NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, CMMC, NYC Cyber Command, etc.).
- Implement best practices for data security, including but not limited to encryption (at rest, in transit, and in use), audit logging, access control, authentication control, configuration managements, secure enclaves, and confidential computing.
- Perform full-spectrum HPC system administration: installation, monitoring, maintenance, usage reporting, troubleshooting, backup and performance tuning across HPC applications, web service, database, job scheduler, networking, storage, computes, and hardware to optimize workload efficiency.
- Lead resolution of complex cybersecurity and system issues; provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure that all designs and implementations meet cybersecurity, performance, scalability, and reliability goals. Ensure that the design and operation of the HPC ecosystem is productive for research.
- Lead the integration of HPC resources with laboratory equipment for data ingestion aligned with all regulatory such as genomic sequencers, microscopy, clinical system etc.
- Develop, review and maintain security policies, risk assessments, and compliance documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with institutional IT, compliance, and research teams to ensure all regulatory, Sinai Policy and operational alignment.

- Engineering & Integration
- Integrate with Synapse, Fabric, Databricks (including Unity Catalog), Snowflake, SQL Server, AWS sources, and SAP/Oracle.
- Implement IaC (Bicep/Terraform), CI/CD for Purview artifacts, and automation via APIs.
- Adoption & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver training, onboarding playbooks, and steward enablement.
- Lead workshops for new data domains and products.
- Provide executive level reporting on progress, risks, and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in data architecture/governance; 2+ years hands on Purview experience at enterprise scale.
- Strong expertise in metadata management, lineage, classification, scan optimization, glossary management and domain based operating models.
- Solid Azure ecosystem knowledge (Storage, Key Vault, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks), M365 Information Protection, and Entra ID.
- Experience with IaC (Bicep/Terraform), APIs/Atlas, and scripting (PowerShell/Python).
- Financial services or regulated industry exposure.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder leadership, and cross domain facilitation skills.

A client in the infrastructure and construction space, is hiring their first Senior Data Scientist to build and lead a new predictive analytics function. They currently have strong Data Engineering and BI teams in place, but no formal predictive analytics capability. This role will establish that function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Productionalize existing predictive models and advance new analytics initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-value predictive use cases
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data exploration to feature engineering to modeling to deployment to monitoring
- Establish MLOps best practices, including deployment pipelines, model monitoring, and lifecycle management

- Help define and evangelize predictive analytics capabilities across the organization
