Job Title: Agile Project Manager
Position Summary
The Agile Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of technology solutions to our client's developer community that ultimately enhance business value to stakeholders. The Agile Project Manager collaborates closely with stakeholders, facilitates Agile events, removes impediments and drives continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION
Under general supervision of the Engineering Director/Manager, the job of the Hydraulic Design Engineer is responsible for design efforts from inception through production in new product development or existing product design.
The Hydraulic Design Engineer will work in collaboration with other engineers, cross-functional teams not limited to sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and service. They will develop conceptual and final design solutions manage and coordinate project activities, support existing product offerings, and perform testing or analysis of new and existing products to further Astec’s product line development goals.
This Hydraulic Design Engineer’s scope of work will focus on Hydraulically Controlled equipment such as track screening and crushing, mobile mining, portables, asphalt milling and paving, track and mobile and forestry, and stationary equipment.
The preferred work location is Yankton SD.
Deliverables and Responsibilities:
· Perform hydraulic design engineering as it relates to Astec product development and improvement projects.
· Effectively use 3-D CAD to model designs and use other engineering tools like Automation Studio to optimize solutions
· Create, check and maintain thorough engineering specifications and drawings
· Manage engineering changes per establish company procedures
· Interact with production personnel to define and solve manufacturing and/or design issues and implement cost reduction ideas with regards to the product
· Use root cause analysis and other problem-solving skills to determine opportunities to improve products and implement corrective actions.
· Responsible for achieving due dates and pre-defined requirements defined by management
· Be a technical resource as needed to support other departmental needs such as operations, quality, purchasing, service, et cetera
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Agriculture, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- · Minimum 5 years’ experience in equipment design and manufacturing (mechanical, structural, hydraulic and electrical/control system design)

· Ability to lead DFMEA’s.
· Researches industry standards to stay abreast of latest applicable requirements. Performs GAP analysis on standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs corrective maintenance procedures including diagnosing problems using thermodynamic, electronic/electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or other sciences and documents results of activities performed to comply with all regulatory and standard requirements.
Notifies equipment users, CE Managers, and Regional Director of repair status and delays as necessary.
Interacts with clinical staff to understand and resolve operational problems in scheduling and completing PM procedures while minimizing interference to hospital departments.
Determines need for replacement parts and supplies, selects the most cost effective source, and submits properly completed parts request using established policies and guidelines.
Completes corrective and planned maintenance work order documentation per policy.

The hiring range for this position in California is $129,300 to $173,300. JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES A Joint Data Network & Information Technology Field Engineer performs or leads complex field engineering assignments and perform a variety of engineering assignments involving technology applications involved in the installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of complex electronic / mechanical equipment and information technology (IT) systems and infrastructures.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties: Apply knowledge of design specifications for more complex systems/projects Coordinate and work closely with other engineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define system specifications and requirements Recommend technology refresh upgrades for end-of-life systems as a technical subject matter expert Define / write function and security requirements for service delivery of command, control, computer, communication and IT systems, which could include virtual environments and associated applications Manage, design and implement command-and-control, debriefing and other associated information system infrastructure and applications Provide operation, troubleshooting and debugging support for computer operations systems, including system security, access, configuration, backups and restores Assist in incident handling in conjunction with the Facility Security Officer and Information Security Officer / Information Systems Security Manager Assures common engineering principles are consistently applied to internal software, hardware and multimedia inventories Researches engineering solutions to address software and hardware requirements in support of system sustainment and new system projects that handle computing, networking, video, audio and data while taking into consideration emissions and communications requirements Assists in system administration, troubleshooting and remediation of command-and-control, debriefing and other IT systems operation performance issues Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures Prepare, deliver, and submit technical papers and perform engineering studies Support development of technical proposals and provide comments on technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work Develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications Direct interface and liaison with customers at all levels from quotation to final design and test activities, design reviews, and technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications Conduct site visits, experimental investigations and analyze engineering problems, propose solutions and alternatives, and provide recommendations Perform other job-related duties, as required DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work with a group or independently High energy, multi-disciplined and professional Experience in a variety of disciplines across electronics, computers, networks, radio frequency, datalink, video, mechanical and associated technological fields REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE An associate's degree in engineering or other technical discipline, or formal academic/vocational/military training and a minimum of 12 years of experience in the specialty field are required for this position.

WORKING CONDITIONS Work is typically performed an office environment with no unusual hazards.

Travel to remote company work locations will be required.
