The HOA Phone Representative is responsible for managing incoming and returned phone calls to support the legal assistant team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients and other callers, ensuring messages are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally. Provides perioperative patient care, specifically in the intraoperative phase, in both the scrub and circulating roles according to established guidelines. Serves the population from neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric. This position will be full-time exempt and paid a weekly salary to provide on-call coverage weeknights M-F, starting at 1800 each evening and ending at 0700 the next morning.
