About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at The Guest House in Eugene, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients. They will provide personal care services and support that helps individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate I will assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing, while encouraging client participation. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, they will pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the client’s primary care provider. They will transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services.
This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
Training Program
With our MHACBO-accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending your required, paid training, and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on-the-job experience.

The Echo Sonographer performs a variety of routine echocardiograms including, but not limited to, Transthoracic Echocardiogram or TTE, with Color, Spectral Doppler and 2-D imaging, Transesophageal Echocardiogram TEE, Stress Echocardiogram or Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram, TTE with bubbles, TTE with contrast and advanced TTE such as TTE with 3D imaging, for both inpatient and outpatient studies. Support installation and qualification of R&D equipment.
Perform data analysis and write technical reports based on product development activities.
Support purchasing process of materials, equipment and testing consumables.
Develop and validate test methods for raw materials and in-process inspections (i.e., Gage R&R).

Top Responsibilities:- Review and process GAP claims from initial submission through final resolution
- Verify claim eligibility by analyzing contracts, loan documents, payoff statements, insurance settlements, total loss documentation, and various other documents required
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with policy terms
- Calculate GAP benefits accurately and issue payments within established service-level standards
