The Transportation Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing our transportation process, working with 3PL carriers to get our product to retailers across the United States. Target Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

About You
Summary
As a member of the Transportation Safety Department, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing compliance, safety, accountability (CSA) performance and ensuring all corrective actions are taken as a result of roadside inspections. Essential Functions
The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Initiate and maintain all U.S. Department of Transportation mandated paperwork to include; driver qualification file, annual review, DOT physical, Commercial Driver License.
- Monitor and manage driver safety performance such as HOS compliance, DriveCam review and coaching, CSA compliance and ensure all corrective action is taken as a result of roadside inspections.
- Accident investigation, documentation and participate in determining the ruling of preventable or non-preventable, post-accident counselling, refresher training.
- Driver retention and new hire. Verify qualification in accordance with our driver hiring guidelines. Initiate and process all new hire paperwork, to include the Department of Transportation’s PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program), Clearing House validation and maintain driver files.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by actively monitoring driver's license status, medical certificates and ensure DOT random drug testing quota is met.
- Ensure all equipment meets regulatory requirements (registration, annual inspection, insurance and internal record keeping).
- Interact with dispatch personnel to ensure drivers are always in compliance with all regulations.
- Interact with Fleet Maintenance regarding vehicle inspections, equipment compliance, and damages.
- Interact with stores regarding any safety issues involving our drivers, equipment, or store property. Remedy such issues.
- Research motorist complaints, interact with the motorist to provide a timely response, present and confront the driver with the complaint.
- Research and interact with Fleet Maintenance and Accounting regarding damage to our equipment caused by third party motor carriers or vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance or marketing. Certifications in Supply Chain Management, OSHA, Safety and Compliance; a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in Transportation Safety & Compliance
- Working knowledge of FMCSA Rules and Regulations, CSA and HOS
- Working knowledge of Accident Investigation & Reconstruction
- CSP certification preferred
- Substance Abuse Training Certification

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $69,004 to $90,324. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.

Position Summary: Performs safe, timely and accurate internal transports of patients utilizing a variety of platforms. Assists clinical staff with transferring patients to/from wheelchairs, beds and stretchers as needed to facilitate transportation. Essential Functions:
- Transport patients and equipment to/from designated areas of the hospital, ensuring safe movement and positive patient experience.

- Assists with performance improvement projects and training of new staff members.
- Communicates issues and needs of patients with clinical staff as needed. Provides CPR in emergent situations in the absence of clinical staff. Alerts telecommunications office of emergent situations to include medical and facility alerts.
- Assists with transport of Clinics patients as needed to ensure optimal flow in both the hospital and associated medical office buildings.
Other Duties:
- Ensure that proper lifting techniques are in use and that all policies pertaining to transport are followed.

Qualifications
· Minimum 7 years of transportation or logistics management experience, preferably within distribution or foodservice.

· Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, IFTA, HUD tax laws, and driver hours of service.
· Proficient in routing and GPS tracking systems (experience with Ortec preferred).
· Skilled in data analytics, reporting, and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English and Spanish required.

MedSTAR transports about 6,000 patients each year to and from MedStar Health facilities throughout the Baltimore and greater Washington, D.C., area. Responsibilities:
Provide emergency and non-emergency medical care to team members and guests in accordance with established I.D.P.H. Region X protocols.
Triage patients when multiple calls or patients overwhelm available personnel; make appropriate determinations about dispositions and transports
Use an electronic tablet for documenting reports
Complete checks on bags, vehicles, and treatment areas before, during, and after each shift; restock supplies as necessary.
Assist ALS crews on calls as directed
Safely operate department vehicles
Answer calls for emergency assistance via telephone and radio
Perform drug and alcohol screens on team members in accordance with park policies
Transport team members to off-site acute care facilities for occupational health services
Maintain a clean work area; perform basic cleaning of First Aid facilities (mop floors, vacuum carpets, empty trash cans, wipe down counters and beds, First Aid van is vacuumed and cleaned; etc.)
Complete safety ride audits and safety inspections at direction of supervisory staff
Maintain a professional relationship with guests and team members
Maintain grooming standards according to the standard and policies set by Six Flags Great America and the Safety Department
Adhere to all park labor policies pertaining to breaks taken, length of shift and types of work performed
Qualifications:
Age Requirement: 18 years or older
Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Education: High school diploma or GED
Licensure and Certification:
Current Illinois Department of Public Health ( D.P.H. ) Emergency Medical Technician-Basic License. Wisconsin License or National Registry License must meet reciprocity requirements with I.D.P.H.
Current American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider CPR/AED Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Must meet Region X system entry requirements through Highland Park Hospital
Obtain and maintain a valid Park Vehicle Operator’s Permit
Strong written and verbal communications
Basic knowledge of computers and copiers
Reliable means of transportation to and from work
Knowledge of, and ability to use, all BLS equipment used in the park (pulse oximeter, glucometer, splints, stair chair, etc)
Ability to handle moderate levels of stress related to high work load
Safety awareness and general housekeeping
Flexible to changes
Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
