As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support & guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

We are seeking a hands-on Director of HM & ED Operations to lead operational performance and workflow optimization across Emergency Department and Hospital Medicine programs in Southern California. Key Responsibilities
- Lead ED performance metrics including LWOBS, throughput times, door-to-provider, triage times, and CT utilization

- Regency Hospital of Florence is a 44-bed long-term acute care (LTAC) facility.
- Sub-specialty support including on-site intensivists and surgeons.
- 15-18 patient encounters per day, per provider.

- 180-bed facility with a 16-bed ICU.
- Semi-open ICU; no vent management required.
- 24-hour intensivist backup.
- On-site labs and imaging.
- Vituity-staffed Emergency Department offers integrated care solutions at this site.
