We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with our executive team to help streamline our productivity and oversee critical internal operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management or administrative role, with a focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. You will act as a liaison by managing staff, attending meetings and company functions, and communicating on behalf of our executive team. You'll be wearing many different hats, so if you're quick on your feet and are willing to take on any challenge, big or small, this is the job for you!

The current expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work; stock options may be offered in addition to the range provided here.
Lead Analyst, Credit Strategy for Auto Finance Analytics

We are currently seeking Lead Analyst, Credit Strategy for our Auto Finance Analytics team. This role will have the exciting opportunity to drive significant business results by leading key projects and contributing to the innovation, creation, and launch of value-adding products that uniquely leverage the internal and external data resources OneMain has access to. The roles and projects could vary across various parts of the Auto analytics functions like credit risk, pricing, valuations or dealer/channel analytics.

The Role
- Utilize analytic tools (i.e. SAS, SQL, MATLAB, Python, and Open Source tools such as R is a plus) data query tools to build, test, evaluate, and maintain robust data analysis and reporting for management to make timely, informed decisions.
- Design, recommend, document, and execute consumer underwriting, product, channel and/or customer experience strategies to improve our lending portfolio

Job Summary
The Certified Medical Assistant/LPN assists with clinical operations at our Issaquah location to keep patient flow smooth and efficient while providing a high level of patient care. This role works with patients of all ages and assists with rooming patients, collecting vitals, and performing point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care. Our office maintains a supportive and efficient working environment with a 2:1 CMA to provider ratio. Typically, our offices have 1-2 doctors, and each doctor sees between 14-22 patients per day. This structure ensures a balanced workload and allows for high-quality patient care.
Duties:
- Check in patients and record vital signs, medication history, drug allergy verification, review of symptoms list. Conduct preliminary test as appropriate based on the problem list or patient’s presenting symptoms. Enter all data into the EMR system.
- Perform procedures without error in a timely fashion as ordered by the provider.
- Responsible for patient education including but not limited to medications care planning, disease process understanding, environmental controls and device teaching. Document specific take home messages to the patient in the EMR system.
- Take inventory of supplies and re-stock as needed. Maintain sample medications, and printed information for patients.
- Turn exam room to prepare for next patient.
Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with the following:
- Current Washington State LPN or CMA license
- Must have completed the 7 hours state mandated AIDS/HIV training program.
- CPR/First aid for healthcare professionals card.
- Washington state insured Medical Assistant certification or registration proof.

As a Sr. Manager, Engineering you will:
Manage and lead a team of talented engineers and senior individual contributors based in North America.
Develop and execute on a technical roadmap and strategy for your team, aligning with the department's vision and the company's business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, including senior and principal-level contributors, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

We are excited if you have (Required Qualifications):
Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in an engineering management role.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrable experience with the design, implementation, and operation of large-scale distributed systems, particularly in storage, file systems, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
Technical Depth: Strong understanding of fundamental storage concepts (e.g., consistency, replication, erasure coding, caching).
