JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems
- Displays active involvement in treatment planning process
- Provides family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups
- Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources
- Demonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient's treatment
- Works well with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review and nursing staff members

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic recruiter who is eager to join a start-up and build a healthcare company from the ground-up. The Recruiter will be responsible for hiring top-notch clinical and non-clinical employees for our PT locations across the US to ensure we are adequately staffed in order to meet the needs of our patients. They will partner with hiring managers in order to understand staffing needs, develop workforce planning initiatives, and develop strong pipelines to reduce time to fill for all positions.
Essential Functions
- Identify hiring needs & quality candidates in partnership with hiring managers
- Develop job descriptions and communication templates that will attract both active and passive candidates
- Stay abreast of industry and innovative ways to attract top talent

Position type and expected hours of work

Job DescriptionThe Behavioral Health Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer services while performing front office duties for the NATIVE HEALTH clinics. This includes greeting patients in a positive and friendly manner, answering all incoming phone calls, appointment setting, updating patient information, verifying eligibility for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) or other patient payment sources, collecting payment from patients, and other clerical duties. The Behavioral Health Front Office Receptionist works as a team and is principally responsible for the first contact with patients to assure optimal patient flow.

- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, patients, and staff in person and on the phone.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position will be between $210,000 and $240,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
We also offer full-time employees the following benefits: Paid time off at a rate of twenty-six days per year; participation in group health insurance plan (including medical and dental) at no cost to employee; up to twelve weeks of paid medical and family leave after one year of employment; and, after one year of employment, participation in the firm's 401k plan.
We have adopted a hybrid work model, in which employees can work partially remotely, and partially from our offices in downtown San Francisco. Currently, our expectation is that attorneys work in the office three days per week.
