JOB DESCRIPTION

The Benefits Specialist will support a book of 65–85 clients, providing consultation, onboarding, and ongoing service for employee benefits programs. This is a direct-hire role, onsite five days per week for the first quarter, then transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote). Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, responding to benefit-related inquiries, troubleshooting payroll and billing discrepancies, and assisting client employees with benefits questions. The role works closely with benefit consultants and internal service teams to deliver a high level of customer service. The Benefits Specialist will lead annual renewal meetings, review plan changes and options, and prepare client-facing reports. Additional duties include reconciling invoices, calculating adjustments for payroll discrepancies, and ensuring accurate benefit payroll deductions, using excel. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role, with peak season from October through January. About the School of Mathematics at the Georgia Institute of Technology

The School of Mathematics instruct students from across campus, including undergraduate and graduate students. Its faculty carry out research in a wide variety of Mathematical Sciences. The School of Mathematics at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for one postdoctoral research position in the mathematical foundations of Artificial Intelligence for Science for Fall 2026. The position consists of an annually renewable three-year research and teaching appointment as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the School of Mathematics and the position includes research funding. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students.
