- Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrimβs standards.
- Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

What Youβll Need:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.

As a chicken catcher, you will need to catch certain amount of birds and know the proper placement techniques with birds being put into the cages.
EXPECTED RESULTS:

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
- Acquire and put on all required PPE (Safety glasses, safety vest, gloves (optional), arm sleeves (optional)).
- Perform routine stretches before starting daily duties.
- Walk the house (bed the birds)
- Wait for cage to be set on blocks
- Open cage door
- Catch correct amount of birds
- Load birds in cage one hand at a time.
- Repeat process until cage is full.
- After proper amount of birds placed in cage, shut the cage door
Pay: Up to $26/hour
Hours : 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, overtime as needed

Role Summary
Weβre hiring an On-Site QA/QC Manager to lead the quality program on brownfield hyperscale data center constructionβwhere safety, uptime, and precision matter as much as speed. Youβll own electrical QA/QC planning and execution, drive rigorous documentation, and ensure installations meet strict client standards, contract requirements, and code while working in/around live critical environments. This role supports readiness for energization, commissioning, and IST with strong change control and zero-surprise turnover.
What Youβll Do
- Own and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) tailored for brownfield constraints (phasing, outages, access controls, change control).
- Build and manage electrical Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and hold/witness pointsβby system, room, and phase.
- Lead daily QA/QC field execution and verification against IFC drawings, approved submittals, vendor IOMs, RFIs, and method statements.
- Drive quality for the electrical critical path, including (as applicable):
- MV/LV distribution: switchgear, transformers, breakers, relays, terminations
- UPS/battery systems: installation verification, clearances, labeling, startup readiness

- Enforce brownfield-specific quality disciplines:
- Verify phasing plans and temporary power installs meet requirements
- Maintain as-built accuracy in real time due to live site impacts and field changes
- Coordinate quality gates tied to shutdown windows, cutovers, and turnover milestones
- Manage deficiency systems: NCRs, punch lists, rework prevention, corrective/preventive action (CAPA), re-inspections, and verified closeout.
- Partner tightly with Operations, Controls, Commissioning, and Safety to ensure quality supports uptime protection and controlled energization.
- Own electrical turnover packages: inspection reports, test results, redlines/as-builts, O&Ms, training logs, vendor startup documentation, commissioning support documentation.
- Provide weekly reporting: trends, repeat issues, risk register inputs, and 2β6 week quality look-ahead tied to phasing and outage schedules.
Qualifications
- 7+ years QA/QC experience on mission critical construction with strong electrical focus; brownfield/live siteexperience strongly preferred.
- Proven success running PQP/ITP programs, NCR/punch systems, and turnover documentation on fast-track or phased retrofits.
- Strong ability to interpret one-lines, schematics, control wiring diagrams, specs, and vendor documentation.
- Working knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70 and typical hyperscale QA requirements (labeling standards, documentation rigor, readiness gates).

Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist (2nd Shift) will include but not be limited to these requirements and duties:

- Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- Ensure correct material type and size used.
- Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary.
- Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to machine parts as required.
- Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.
- Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
- Maintains cohesion among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain equipment, to keep a nice appearance.

Position Description
In this role, youβll manage their outside sales, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers (new and old). Youβll also provide customer service to those customers, along with supporting others who come through the door. You may also be asked to help implement installed sales.
There will be some travel within a radius of say 75 miles with this role, but much of what has been face-to-face can also be managed through video chat, text, etc.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with new and existing customers to understand what they need from us to be successful.
- Keep management up to date on existing orders.
- Provide accurate takeoffs for building materials
- Stay up to date with building codes, industry norms, new products and product specifications.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industry sales, with a strong track record to show you can deliver results.
- Candidates with lumber yard experience will be considered first, though we can also look at those from other residential building material companies.
- Must have residential construction know-how like basic building codes so products will pass inspections and be used properly. Also, you need to understand residential project timeframes.
- Excellent customer management skills, as much of the work is from existing relationships. This includes under high-stress situations.
Compensation:

This is a senior, hands-on Procurement Director role with full responsibility for building and leading the procurement function from the ground up. The successful candidate will shape strategy, establish governance, and drive commercial outcomes across a rapidly expanding portfolio of projects.
