Sales Specialists & Consultants are product, services, software or solution specialists that are responsible for leading pursuit in their assigned focus areas. The Services Sales Consultant is responsible for selling technology, services and/or technology management services (TMS) to end-user customers (and/or partners) in an assigned geographic territory or industry focusing on new business or up-selling within an account. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $101,000.00 -$123,000.00.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

The Senior Director of Product Management for the Specialty Vehicle segment leads the strategic direction, platform development, and lifecycle management of the ambulance and fire apparatus product lines. In this role, you will oversee a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and executive leadership to build world-class, mission-critical vehicles. The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in California is between $147,000 - $250,000 and in New York is $147,000 - $250,000. Accurately logs all customer interactions into Dealership Management System.
Schedules appointments for customers to visit dealerships.
Follows up on appointment outcomes.
Works and communicates with teammates to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive professional working environment.
Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Participates in required training.
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive interventional pain management services in both clinic and ASC settings
- Perform procedures such as spinal and joint injections, nerve blocks, and stimulator implants
- Evaluate, treat, and follow up with patients using evidence-based care plans
- Collaborate with experienced APPs and medical assistants to streamline patient flow
- Contribute to ongoing clinical research and continuous improvement initiatives
Compensation & Ownership Model
- Base Salary: Fully guaranteed, based on experience
- Production-Based RVU Model: Earn $75K–$125K+ annually in additional compensation, paid out once per year
- Minority Equity Ownership: Physicians may be offered the opportunity to buy into their ASC, depending on location and situation
- Quarterly Equity Distributions: Typically recoup the initial investment within 1.5 years, with long-term earnings that scale significantly over time
Each location maintains a dedicated physician partner, generally owning approximately 20% equity, depending on location
Typical Week
- 3 days per week in clinic (new patients & follow-ups, 20–25 per day)
- 2 days per week in the ASC (procedures, 18–20 per day)
- Dedicated support: ~3 MAs per physician, experienced APPs, front office, and lab staff
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pain Management
- MD or DO with an active or eligible state medical license
- Strong procedural proficiency and clinical judgment
