As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in taking the CowManager Sort Gate to the next level. You will work closely with dairy producers, subcontractors, the internal US team, and the product development team at our HQ in the Netherlands. You will actively contribute to ongoing product improvements, market expansion, and business development for CowManager systems throughout North America. This role combines technical expertise, training, and product and business development, with a strong focus on strengthening customer relationships, optimizing implementation, and driving continued product innovation and success.


The Job

  • Project manage the roll-out of already sold and new to be sold Sort Gates ;
  • Oversee the installation, implementation and maintenance of CowManager systems;
  • Identify and follow-up on upsell opportunities to Strategic accounts and partners;
  • Have an active role in strategic accounts recruitment, implementation, and sustainability plans;
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide input on product enhancements;
  • Facilitate coordination between CowManager HQ and local stakeholders on a operational level;
  • Set up and maintain distribution, installation, and support plans with local partners and CowManager technical support teams.;
  • Organize and lead training sessions for Sort Gate users and partners.

Facilitate just-in-time training and coaching of leaders during mid-year check-ins, annual performance reviews, and merit process.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning • Collaborate with all departments to identify and propose appropriate staffing levels based on analysis of growth trends, and workforce planning tools.

• Provides staffing support to leadership by collaborating on recruiting efforts, including building local technical school, University & College partnerships.

• Create a connection between the field recruiters and the District Manager to create and plan a recruiting strategy and prioritize efforts.

Associate and Labor Relations • Proactively build relationships at locations that help support a positive culture and engaging environment.

• Develop and sustain a workplace that mirrors our Employee Value Proposition through the following: Advise associates and management on the interpretation of human resources policies, programs, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements.

Participate in investigations of associates concerns, prepare summaries, and collaborate with Area HR Manager on recommendations.

• Support Area HR Managers in partnering with Labor Relations, conducting location risk assessments, and reinforcing the goals of Positive Associate Relations training.

HR Expertise & Compliance • Remain aware of employment laws applicable to locations, including but not limited to state and local paid sick leave laws.

• Effectively communicate and follow up to maintain required legal compliance through regular analysis and ensure consistent practices are followed according to Penske policies.

• Focus on compensation parity, wage-hour, I-9 and Associate Handbook acknowledgment compliance.

Responsibilities: About the Role

During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member's overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
  • Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
  • Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed

General Summary of Position:


As an Offer Management Pricing Analyst at Granite Telecommunications, the role will focus on coordinating the company's efforts in creating customer quote proposals. Offer Management Pricing Analyst's will work closely with the Premier and Sales Department to ensure pricing accuracy of all quote proposals and meeting the pricing needs of current or potential customers. The responsibilities will encompass various stages of the quote process, from gathering relevant data to engaging with customers to understand their concerns, requirements, and product preferences. Additionally, leading the creation of the quote proposal and putting together the financial margin for each quote proposal.


An important aspect of the position will be the capability to understand multiple aspects and details that go into each quote proposal, and the overall solution or ask of the customer. The Offer Management Pricing Analyst will participate in internal calls to review the final quote proposal or discuss any aspects that require further evaluation. Effective communication skills via email, phone, and in-person interactions are necessary for conveying and receiving messages.


Collaboration with multiple teams, including Sales, Premier, Solution Engineers, Legal, and other members of the Finance Department will be pertinent to this role. This collaboration will help ensure coordinated and cross-functional responses to each quote proposal. In addition, to managing quote proposal requests, you will be responsible for addressing daily inquiries received via email, corresponding with previous or potential customers, and handling team and individual-based tasks.
