Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (AI Enablement) to support ***’s AI transformation initiatives. This role will partner with ***’s BSA team, IT leadership, and PMO to understand current SDLC processes, identify pain points, gaps, and inconsistencies across teams, and translate findings into a more streamlined, AI-enabled operating model.

The BSA will assess our current requirements elicitation process and help define how an AI-infused approach can significantly improve the thoroughness, completeness, and quality of user requirements specifically for consumption by an AI coding agent. As the AI Program Manager, you will build and run a program of AI initiatives that create efficiencies by automating repetitive tasks and removing process waste.
