The Account Management Support Specialist operates as a member of a team to implement, configure, and maintain client data ingress, surveying and reporting throughout the lifecycle of the client's partnership with Press Ganey. With expertise in Press Ganey software applications and business procedures, they are responsible for supporting Delivery Specialists in gathering client specific requirements and product configuration. This role requires a client centric focus to deliver prompt issue resolution, meet implementation timelines, target dates and internal service level agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Implementation team to address client data, surveying, and reporting requests
• Use software tools to configure, test and validate all member experience products
• Responsible for client support throughout the implementation or on-going support cycle
• Prioritize workload and manage timelines to meet client target dates for projects and implementations
• Serve as first level support to triage, troubleshoot and find the right expert to quickly resolve client requests

Qualifications:

The base salary range for this position is$130,000 - $140,000. UC Berkeley Extension (UNEX), the continuing education branch of the University of California, Berkeley, has been building bridges between UC Berkeley and the public since 1891. UNEX serves the professional and continuing education goals of thousands of people each year and plays an essential part of the University mission to: extend the research and scholarship of UC Berkeley to a global community; increase access to higher education for non-traditional, online, and international students; and improve the workforce. UC Berkeley Extension is a part of the division under the leadership of the Dean of Extended Education that also includes Berkeley Summer Sessions, Berkeley Study Abroad, and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.

UC Berkeley Extension invites applications for a pool of qualified, dynamic instructors with a commitment to professional and continuing education in UX Design, UI Design, and UX Research to teach one or more online courses each year for our Arts and Humanities department.

Courses are offered online:

The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. Specific duties and expectations will vary depending on the method of instruction including: Synchronous Live Online (Zoom) or Asynchronous Online (Fixed Date).

General Summary of Position:

Granite is a leading provider of managed security and networking platforms. The NetOps team supports a wide range of technologies and services including Fortinet SD-WAN, Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper. Within this team, the Application Automation practice focuses on improving operational efficiency and scalability through scripting, automation, and tool development. This position plays a key role in supporting large enterprise environments by developing automation frameworks, streamlining complex deployments, and reducing manual intervention in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include solution design, automation development, support for new product rollouts, Tier 3 escalations, and collaboration with engineering teams to build repeatable, efficient processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools to support network deployments, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify repetitive tasks and build automated solutions to reduce manual workload.
  
• Support new technology rollouts by creating scalable deployment frameworks and configuration templates.
