Position Summary
The Brand Associate supports the development, execution, and day-to-day management of private label brands across the organization. This role partners closely with the Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional teams—including Creative, E‑Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain, and external agencies—to ensure the successful planning, launch, and ongoing performance of branded initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Support
- Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to support brand strategy, annual marketing plans, and ongoing project management needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop monthly campaigns including social media, digital, video, and email content for all private label brands.
- Work with MAD Agency and other creative partners on design, branding elements, and execution of new initiatives.
Product Launches & Merchandising
- Coordinate and manage new product launches, ensuring alignment across Creative, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and other key departments to deliver a smooth and successful rollout.
- Manage monthly merchandising plans for private label items in partnership with the Merchandising/Procurement teams.
- Support vendor partnerships for collaborative initiatives (e.g., custom accessories or co-branded programs).
Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure adequate inventory flow, particularly for special campaigns or high-impact promotional periods.
- Partner with the Procurement team to maintain accurate and active private label product codes, pricing, and item setup; ensure deactivated codes are cleaned up in a timely manner.
- Track brand and product performance through AS400, Power BI, and other reporting tools to identify growth opportunities and areas needing support.
Media & Influencer Management
- Serve as a point of contact for media partners and influencers engaged in private label promotions, supporting communication, scheduling, and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, product coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Job Description
Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, performs a wide variety of repetitive and non-repetitive bench or line mechanical subassembly and assembly operations of a skilled nature to produce products, also making required minor adjustments in the assemblies as needed. Determines methods and sequence of assembly operations where complete information is not readily available or follows assembly shop and production operation sheets, samples, drawings, schematic and verbal instructions to perform a wide variety of assembly operations such as wiring, component installation and hand soldering, utilizing power tools, and small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers. Identifies and selects components to be integrated into subassembly and assembly units. Makes own set-ups, alignments and adjustments maintaining tolerance in accordance with instructions. Disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes, reassembles, and tests units as required, and all other duties as assigned.

- Follows production drawings, sample assemblies and verbal instructions with close supervision. Understands and applies established acceptable workmanship practices to all facets of mechanical assembly.
- Interprets and works from schematics, drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly.
- Makes accurate mathematical calculations and uses precision measuring instruments as required.
- Uses a wide variety of hand and power tools to perform skilled fitting and assembly work. Inspect parts and performs basic tests.

- Performs intermediate testing, assembly and or disassembly of mechanical assemblies using both traditional and non-traditional tooling such as multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supply, function generator, LCD meter, screwdriver, torque wrench, standard wrench, etc.
- Mounts complex assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panel, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, volt meters and other related test instrumentation. Knowledge of cleaning, lead preparation, component mounting, parts orientation.
- Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
- Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
- May perform other general assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color coding parts and assemblies.
- Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
- May perform hand soldering using a soldering iron.
- May perform work (soldering and general inspection) under microscope.
- Performs online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoots and replaces defects of finished products.
- Reworks and repairs defective units rejected by inspection or test personnel.
- Follows safety procedures in the use and handling of flammable and hazardous chemicals required to meet all cleanliness specifications.
- Must be able to follow specific procedures and detailed instructions completely.
- Ensures that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process.
- Records information on production records, logs and other report forms.

Sanitation Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
A growing food production facility is looking for an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day sanitation activities across the plant. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and audit‑ready environment while guiding a team in a high‑volume manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who understands food safety programs, sanitation methods, and regulatory expectations. Must have experience with wet food manufacturing.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and periodic sanitation tasks, including upkeep of the Master Cleaning Schedule.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures, SSOPs, and internal sanitation practices meet regulatory and plant requirements.
- Direct sanitation staff during the shift—providing coaching, training, and ongoing performance support.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and other applicable guidelines.
- Oversee cleaning of equipment, floors, drains, and food contact surfaces, including CIP/COP systems.
- Manage sanitation chemicals, usage logs, and employee chemical‑handling training.
- Support programs related to pest management, glass and brittle plastics, and facility color‑coding.
- Maintain accurate documentation, complete sanitation records, and ensure work orders are properly closed.
- Assist with preparation and walkthroughs for internal and external audits.
- Promote a strong culture of cleanliness, food safety, and employee safety throughout the plant.
- Conduct equipment and safety training, including PIT/forklift and LOTO.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance sanitation efficiency and overall plant hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Crimps, screws, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or performs similar operations to fasten parts together.
- Assembles or attaches various hardware such as caps, clamps, tape, lugs, connectors, etc. to assemblies.
- Tends to machines that shape, press, insert, wind, or weld component parts.
- Sorts, packs, and records production information.
- Maintains acceptable levels of production according to established standards.
- Assists other associates when needed.

- Practices good safety and housekeeping procedures and adheres to all established policies and procedures.
