Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Premier Club Sports, the Premier Hockey Head Coach oversees all aspects of the college's Premier Club Hockey program, providing leadership, organization, and instruction to student-athletes. This position supports the educational mission of the University by fostering student development, teamwork, and sportsmanship within a competitive environment. Main responsibilities include recruiting, securing a complete team roster, team management, fundraising, and budget management. Being competitive and goal oriented is essential. Essential Functions:

The Role

Gameday Men's Health is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own our paid acquisition strategy, execution, and profitability across our national campaigns. You will drive measurable patientgrowth through a true omnichannel approach, blending the high-intent capture of Google Ads with the expansive reach of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms.

This is a high-ownership role. You are brought in to build, prove, and scale our paid media engine. From Day 1, you’re in the driver’s seat architecting campaigns that launch national

initiatives and turn early concepts into highly profitable, compounding growth engines. You won't just run ads; you will design scalable blueprints, test aggressively, and leverage modern tools to pioneer next-generation paid media systems for our clinics.

What You Own

You are strictly accountable for:

● National Campaign Execution: Full-funnel management of paid search (Google Ads)

and paid social (Meta, TikTok) to drive profitability and national scale.

● The Creative & Testing Engine: Designing a compounding system that dramatically

accelerates our ability to produce, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives.

● Unit Economics: Proving positive unit economics, maintaining a clear growth model,

and driving key metrics like ROAS and CAC for patient acquisition.

● Funnel Optimization: Continuously optimizing post-click experiences, landing pages,

and funnel efficiency to improve conversion rates and downstream clinic bookings.

● Channel Discovery: Cracking emerging platforms (Yelp, Reddit, Programattic, Snap,

LinkedIn) and validating new patient acquisition channels.

What You’ll Do

● Own the Engine: Manage end-to-end paid acquisition (especially Google Ads, Meta,

and TikTok) with profitability as your primary KPI.

● Scale or Kill: Design fast, disciplined experiments to validate demand, channels, and

positioning. Scale what works, kill what doesn’t quickly and decisively.

● Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with creative, SEO, operations, and

analytics teams to translate business goals into high-performing paid media strategies.

● Reporting & Strategy: Report performance and insights to stakeholders and senior

leadership, balancing short-term ROI with long-term scalability.

● Codify Playbooks: Document all your learnings into a "Paid Media Playbook" a

reusable, scalable asset that becomes the standard for every national campaign we

launch to provide to local ad agencies.

● Leverage Automation: Incorporate new tools and automation software to increase

speed, clarity, and creative iteration.

Skills & Experience

● 4+ years of hands-on, high-speed execution managing large-scale campaigns in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

● Deep Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals auction

dynamics, auto-bidding, creative testing, attribution, and CRO.

● First-Principles Thinking: Proven ability to build and manage scalable testing systems

across multiple channels with a systems-thinking approach.

● Financial Acumen: Full-funnel knowledge with experience in MTA solutions, forecasting

models, and managing a rigorous P&L for ad spend.

● Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication; able to distill

complex data into clear insights for executives and team members.

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll lead and grow the team responsible for the safety critical flight software that makes the aircraft fly. You'll own the maturation of engineering processes to balance immediate engineering execution with formal DO-178C verification, supporting rapid integration and testing of GNC algorithms while building out the software architecture for certification.

You'll provide technical and architectural guidance on flight software components, from flight controls to redundancy management. You'll work closely with leads across Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC), Avionics, Systems, and Hardware to develop and execute technical roadmaps, manage priorities, and ensure your team is unblocked and empowered to deliver robust, reliable, and certifiable flight software enabling advanced autonomy.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Computer Science, or related discipline

• 7+ years of professional experience in real-time embedded software development (C/C++)

• 3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role

• Experience working on complex systems where hardware and software intersect

• Experience with Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) algorithms, flight dynamics, and state estimation

Preferred Criteria

The Client Service Manager, Relationship Management in the Mega Market segment ($1B plus AUM), plays the critical role of relationship management and interface between our largest plan sponsors and Schwab. You will work as a team, with the Director level Client Service Manager, their Client Relationship Practice Leader and Client Service Specialist to provide a coordinated approach of client service delivery in support of plan administration requirements and unique client needs. The goal of these team-based efforts will be to drive higher levels of client retention, client satisfaction, and expansion of the overall Schwab relationship with assigned practice clients. In addition, the goal of the Client Service Manager, Relationship Management will be to learn and develop under more tenured Director Level Client Service Managers to pursue a thoughtful succession plan for SRPS's largest client relationships. In meeting and exceeding these duties, the Manager, Client Service Manager is expected to understand and adhere to Schwab policies and practices and will play a key role in the mitigation of operational and financial risk to Schwab. You will typically provide comprehensive client relationship support for clients that have enhanced complexity and assets totaling more than $5B.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Designer to provide technical fit expertise across women’s and men’s sleepwear and accessories. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining garment fit standards, developing technical specifications, and ensuring consistency in construction and grading across core and seasonal styles.

Position Summary:

• The Central Scheduler performs the duties required to schedule patients for surgery and other procedures. The scheduler communicates any preparations needed to the patient and communicates the information to all areas within Scheduling Department. Schedulers are required to gather information from physicians and their offices regarding specials supply requests and also gather and report statistical data as requested. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge:
  • Minimum of one year of medical experience preferred
