What You Will Do:
Deliverables include but not limited to:
- Supports all aspects of a software development life cycle as members of a multi-disciplined team. This would include supporting new and legacy military and commercial programs from concept and requirements, to design, development, integration, test, and potentially subsequent maintenance tasking.
- Uses and provides creative solutions to complex technical system and software integration problems.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Responsibilities
In your role as an internal tool developer, you will develop applications, infrastructure, and tools used by engineering to capture product requirements and interface definitions, model the product architecture and design, and reduce and analyze flight and lab test data. You will supercharge the engineering organization's efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining tools and processes. You will work with other teams and stakeholders to establish technical and UX design requirements for these projects and own the "plan, code, build, test, release, deploy" lifecycle of these applications and services.

We’re looking for a self-motivated Manufacturing Test Software Engineer to join our R&D/Pilot test team in San Francisco. You’ll work closely with R&D and Operations to improve test systems, processes, and production readiness for LiDAR products.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and deploy test systems and automation platforms
- Drive improvements in test efficiency, yield, and product quality
- Analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective actions using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analysis
- Support scalability and manufacturability projects
- Prepare technical documentation and train test operators
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Python programming and debugging skills
- Experience with test automation in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with source control tools (Git, Jira, etc.) and quality standards (SPC, GR&R, control charts)
- Experience with LiDAR, robotics, vision systems (Cognex/OpenCV), or test measurement equipment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years supporting product tests in manufacturing

Pinterest's Security team is seeking an experienced Security Software Engineer to help keep our 619 million monthly active users safe from real-world threats. You will build tooling, product enhancements, and work with teams to improve our overall security posture and enhance our secure development lifecycle. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for security and innovation, who will research and develop new solutions to secure our products.
What you'll do:
- Design and build out our rules, processes, and platform for our secure development lifecycle.
- Deliver and review code that is well-documented, tested, and operable.
- Work cross function to architect scalable and secure solutions to a variety of Pinterest's problems.
- Conduct regular security assessments including design reviews.
- Help rework our existing controls to address increased productivity due to AI and new AI threats.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product security, application security, or security related software engineering role.
- Enthusiasm for the constant fight to ensure security and privacy.
- Proficiency in a dynamic programming language such as Python.
