Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Test Architect to lead the Test Strategy, Test Architecture, and Quality Engineering initiatives for our Guidewire transformation program. This role involves driving end-to-end quality across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and all associated integrations. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership, enhance automation maturity, ensure seamless test governance, and align all testing practices with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Strategy & Planning
- Define and own the overall test strategy, test architecture, and quality governance for the Guidewire program.
- Establish test frameworks, standards, guidelines, and best practices for:

3. Quality Engineering & Governance
- Ensure testing aligns with Guidewire OOTB functionalities, customizations, and edge-case validations.
- Provide technical leadership through reviews of test design, automation code, and execution reports.
- Drive quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting for progress tracking, risk identification, and decision‐making.
4. Test Management & Coordination
- Oversee end‐to‐end test cycles, environment readiness, test data management, and defect governance.
- Collaborate with onsite/offshore QA teams for consistent and on-time delivery.
- Work closely with development, architecture, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall QA experience with 5+ years as a Test Architect in large-scale enterprise programs.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire (Cloud or On‐prem) across:

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $122420 to $147413

Job Description:
This role is for an opening for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) on the Manheim Logistics SRE team. The SRE team is tasked with designing and maintaining AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines for Manheim Logistics' 15+ development teams. Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $1,200 - $3,600 total per course. For an asynchronous Fixed Date Online course, this position is paid $150 - $165 per enrolled student and a reasonable estimate ranges from $1,200 -$3,300 total per course. Compensation may be shared among co-instructors depending upon the percentage of course content that each co-instructor teaches. General Duties
The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. Specific duties and expectations will vary depending on the method of instruction including: Synchronous Live Online (Zoom) or Asynchronous Online (Fixed Date).
- For synchronous instruction (live online courses), duties include but are not limited to: syllabus development; assignment development; lesson planning for class meetings; preparing and submitting required texts and course materials; reviewing and updating Canvas course site; and delivering lectures, presentations, and learning activities for all required hours of instruction.
- For asynchronous instruction (fixed date online courses), duties include but are not limited to: reviewing the syllabus and pre-populated online course content; learning and utilizing Canvas classroom management tools; and requesting any training needs from the Program Director or Department Director.
- For all instruction (regardless of course format) duties include but are not limited to: completing required trainings as mandated by the UC Presidential policies; responding to student questions and learning needs in a timely manner; grading student assignments and posting final student grades to the instructor portal in a timely manner; utilizing University-approved course support platforms including the Canvas Learning Management System, Zoom, Instructor Portal, Google Workspace, etc.; reviewing and following University and departmental policies, logistics, and other guidelines as published on the departmental Instructional Resource Site; and responding to other requests from the Program Director or Department Director in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications (required at time of application)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree required.
Additional qualifications (required at time of start)
- 5 or more years of professional industry work experience since degree, or 5 or more years of teaching experience since degree.
U.S.A. Residency and U.S.A. Work Authorization: All work must be performed in the United States, whether in person or online. Preferred qualifications
- Advanced degree in graphic design, advertising design, art direction, or related area preferred.
- 5 or more years of professional industry work experience in: graphic, visual or communication design; advertising; art direction; motion design; motion graphics; animation; or marketing.
- Proficiency in two or more Adobe Apps: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly, After Effects, and Premier Pro.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Typographic skills (type setup, digital type, web fonts, flex type, type for print).
- Page Layout (grid systems).
- Color Theory (CMYK, RGB, Pantone (PMS) and Hexadecimal #s).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and GitHub with great understanding of accessibility in design.
- Experience writing technical content and project specs.
- Knowledge of existing and new technologies and constraints, including knowledge of artificial intelligence and its integration with graphic design.
- Teaching, training or coaching experience in the course subject, within a U.S. corporate environment or at a U.S. college/university institution.
- Experience in creating syllabi, learning objectives, lectures/presentations, learning activities, assignments, assessments, exams, and quizzes.
- Experience teaching online and/or developing academic content for online courses.
- Ability to convey conceptual and complex ideas and information.

Project description
This technology engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, supportability, and continuous improvement of key infrastructure monitoring and management platforms, with primary ownership focus on tools such as SolarWinds, Azure Sentinel. This role requires a developer mindset. This person will also be providing operations systems administration support for hands on Linux and Windows systems. This role partners closely with internal teams across operations, monitoring, and security to strengthen platform health, improve signal quality, and enable effective incident response workflows. The engineer will support a hybrid environment with strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure monitoring and logging, contribute to platform lifecycle activities (patching, upgrades, onboarding, documentation), and continuously learn and apply modern capabilities— including analytics and emerging AI features—across event management, observability, and SIEM tooling to reduce operational friction and increase time to value
Responsibilities
Platform Ownership
Network & Monitoring Tools (must have)
Familiar with tools such as SolarWinds (including NetPath). As a platform owner, ensure platform stability, upgrades, patching, and day to day support.
Has knowledge about network centric monitoring capabilities including SNMP polling, traps, and device visibility etc. Ensure new sites and devices are properly onboarded
Partner with platform and cloud teams to ensure migrated workloads meet monitoring standards. Systems Administration (must have)
Provide sysadmin support for Linux and Windows servers, including:
Agent deployment and upgrades (SolarWinds, Datadog, Dynatrace)
OS level troubleshooting and configuration
Monitoring and logging enablement
Support hybrid environments spanning on prem and Azure infrastructure.
A developer mindset with experience in Dev workflow, GitHub, PowerShell etc.
Observability & Event Management Support (should have)
Has experience with tools such as Datadog and Dynatrace. The person will be responsible for collaborating with platform owners to support integrations, data quality, and alerting hygiene.
Assist with event management workflows, ensuring alerts are actionable and routed correctly.
Participate in efforts to reduce alert noise and repeat incidents. SIEM & Security Visibility (nice to have)
Develop a working understanding of SIEM concepts and platforms such as Azure Sentinel and CRIBL.
Support log ingestion, troubleshooting, and collaboration with security and incident response teams.

Skills
Must have
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in infrastructure operations, monitoring, observability, or platform operations roles, supporting enterprise environments
Hands on experience with systems administration for Linux and Windows servers, including troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment of monitoring or management agents (e.g., SolarWinds, Datadog, Dynatrace).
Foundational networking knowledge, including concepts such as SNMP, network monitoring, LAN/WAN fundamentals, firewalls, and telemetry collection, sufficient to support network centric monitoring platforms like SolarWinds
Not a must but nice to have experience with platform like StruxureWare.
Experience with observability or monitoring platforms, such as SolarWinds, Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar tools, with an understanding of alerting, dashboards, and signal quality.
Exposure to cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, including familiarity with monitoring and logging concepts (e.g., cloud based telemetry, logs, metrics, and integrations).
Basic understanding of incident and event management practices, including alert triage, escalation, and collaboration with incident response or operations teams.
Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly, with examples of picking up new platforms, tools, or domains outside of prior core expertise.
