Reporting Relationships:

Human Resources Management

  • Oversees all human resources functions within the Division(s) and serves as the liaison and contact for all human resources matters.   • Manages, supervises and directs assigned administrative/support staff to include determining staffing needs, recruitment, hiring, work assignments, performance evaluation, disciplinary/corrective action and employee training and development.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Capital Administrator plays a critical role in the organization and is responsible for delivering AlterDomus' CapAdministrationSM services to clients.  This position performs scheduled and ad-hoc activities which results in the allocation of distributions and capital account balances for private equity partnerships.   The position will maintain direct client communications and be responsible for overall client relationship.  In addition, the Captial Administrator will be the subject matter expert relating to the actual economics of client funds and individual limited partner capital balances. LIMS Developer / Administrator Job Summary:

LIMS administrator supports our laboratory operations using LabVantage’s laboratory informatics platform. You will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the LabVantage LIMS system, as well as providing user training, troubleshooting, and technical support. You will also work closely with the LabVantage team and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets the business needs and regulatory requirements.


LIMS Developer / Administrator Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the LabVantage LIMS system, including master data, workflows, reports, instrument interfaces, external application integration, security, and validation
  • Provide user training, troubleshooting, and technical support for the LabVantage LIMS system
  • Collaborate with the LabVantage team and other stakeholders to understand the business requirements and implement solutions using the LabVantage LIMS platform
  • Monitor the performance, availability, and reliability of the LabVantage LIMS system and work with LabVantage to ensure that maintenance and update activities are performed in compliance with supplier quality agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies
  • Document and communicate the LIMS system configuration, changes, issues, and best practices
  • Ensure the LIMS system complies with the industry standards, regulations, and policies
  • Manage existing LIMS workflows, their operations, lifecycle and data
  • Onboard personnel to LIMS and define systems, roles, and responsibilities
  • Set yearly and quarterly goals for LIMS
  • Prioritize and scope features based on goals and timelines.
  • Define and measure KPIs for LIMS


LIMS Developer / Administrator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in administering, configuring, and maintaining LIMS systems, including LabVantage LIMS
  • Knowledge of laboratory processes, data management, and quality assurance in an FDA regulated environment, including validation/qualification for equipment and computerized systems.
  • Experience with LabVantage’s integrated lab informatics suite, including LIMS, ELN, LES, SDMS, and analytics
  • Experience with LabVantage SaaS or Enterprise SaaS deployment models
  • Experience with SQL, Java, HTML, XML, Jaspersoft and web services
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, process development, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Licensed Child Care Administrator to lead operations at our Residential Treatment Center (RTC). This role requires a leader who is both compliance-minded and committed to high-quality youth care. The LCCA must be actively engaged on-site, able to navigate regulatory requirements, and work in close collaboration with clinical, case management, and program staff.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure compliance with DFPS licensing standards , including Minimum Standards for GROs , T3C , and other regulatory frameworks
* Oversee and coordinate intake, placement, daily care, and discharge of residents with onsite Clinical Director/Treatment Director.
* Supervise and support direct care staff in delivering safe, developmentally appropriate care
* Coordinate administrative functions within the LCCA's scope, including scheduling, documentation, and operational oversight
* Partner with clinical and program leadership to help develop and review individualized service plans
* Serve as primary point of contact with licensing specialists, DFPS representatives, and third-party monitors
* Maintain up-to-date records and reports in accordance with state law and agency policy

Minimum Qualifications

* A current and valid Texas Child Care Administrator License (LCCA) is required
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Must meet one of the following education and experience tracks:
* A Master's or Doctoral degree (in any field)
* A Bachelor's degree plus two years of full-time experience in residential child care or closely related work
* At least one year of full-time supervisory or management experience in a residential child care setting
* Must pass all required criminal history and abuse/neglect background checks
* Must be able to provide professional references .

Other Qualifications

* Working knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards , T3C certification requirements , and DFPS regulatory frameworks
* Experience in trauma-informed care, crisis response, and staff development
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff, regulatory agencies, and youth-serving professionals

The Opportunity

  • Act as the operational administrator for the site Vituity leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community.
  • Act as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital C-Suite, nursing leadership, nursing staff, and Vituity support team.
  • Provide executive support to the site medical director and site management team to meet contract expectations.
  • Provide support for all site financials to include, but not limited to, contract stipends, expense reimbursements, and site payroll timecards.
  • Act as the super user for all Vituity software applications and as a point person for hospital software and hardware systems.
  • As appropriate to site practice, provide support to Vituity providers acting as a percipient witness in criminal or civil disputes including, but not limited to, receiving and routing subpoenas, scheduling depositions and trial testimony as applicable, development of a provider fee schedule, and including malpractice carrier as appropriate.
  • Provide office management to include, but not limited to, all aspects of meeting management, office systems, supplies, site events, and customer service.
  • As applicable to the practice line, facilitate all aspects of the daily patient census and attend daily multi-disciplinary rounds.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the site clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage with no disruption to patient care.
  • Collect, track, and analyze all site financial and operational data.
  • Project management as needed of the site operational programs to include, but not limited to, Operations Meetings, Patient Experience Program, Quality/Performance Improvement Program, Advanced Provider and/or Scribe Programs, and Student or Resident rotations.
  • Ensure all aspects of recruiting and on-boarding are completed for new providers and employees as well as locums and reservists and/or residents and students.
  • Ensure all licensed providers complete their recredentialing timely and appropriately for their licensing, certificates, and credentials required by Vituity and hospital Medical Staff Office.
  • Ensure all site partners and employees remain in compliance with Vituity and hospital programs and other mandated training or requests.
  • Act as the point person for all Vituity People Operations (Human Resources) relations to include, but not limited to, ensuring accurate site roster and compliance with employment law and Vituity policies.
  • Develop and maintain site orientation checklists and manuals.
  • Collaborate with Medical Director and Site Management Team in developing and maintaining site practice policies and procedures.
  • As applicable to practice line, responsible for all medical records and data submission to Revenue Cycle Management in a timely manner and responsible for appropriate charge capture in designated system, sending notices and follow up as appropriate.
  • Ensure billing and documentation compliance through completion of site WIP/TAD lists, answering provider routine questions, and schedule/hosting/participating in the monthly meeting with Revenue Cycle Management billing team.
  • Ensure completion of mandated forms and requests as appropriate to include, but not limited to, death certificates, physician office requests, State specific Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Department reporting compliance, and pharmacy requests.

 

Required Experience and Competencies

  • High School diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in an administrative capacity in an office or healthcare setting required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field strongly required.
  • Experience working in the healthcare field is required.
  • Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) certification or must obtain within three (3) weeks of entering this role, if required at a site level.

This role serves as the primary administrative and operational partner to the Program Director and faculty, ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements, supporting residents throughout the training lifecycle, and coordinating all program activities with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:


ACGME Accreditation & Compliance

  • Serve as the primary administrator for ACGME accreditation requirements for the residency program.
  • Maintain accurate program and trainee data in ACGME ADS and other required systems.
  • Coordinate completion of annual updates, self-studies, institutional reviews, and ACGME site visit documentation.
  • Assist with preparation for ACGME site visits, serve as a key administrative participant during visits, and organize internal reviews in collaboration with the institution’s GME Office.
  • Track and submit duty hours, evaluations, milestones, case logs, and scholarly activity.
  • Monitor departmental policies and procedures for alignment with ACGME, institutional, and specialty-specific requirements.
  • Work directly with the Program Director to support ongoing compliance with ACGME evaluation requirements.

Resident Lifecycle Management

  • Provide administrative oversight for all residency activities, including handling inquiries, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate resident onboarding, orientation, credentialing, licensure, and hospital access.
  • Maintain resident files, contracts, verification of training requests, and training records in accordance with records retention guidelines.
  • Track resident progress, evaluations, remediation plans (if applicable), graduation requirements, and Board eligibility.
  • Ensure timely reporting of training activities to accrediting and certifying bodies, including clinical exposure, procedural participation, and research progress.
  • Serve as a confidential administrative resource for residents regarding policies, procedures, and program-related questions.

Recruitment & Match Coordination

  • Manage the annual residency recruitment cycle, including participation in ERAS and NRMP.
  • Oversee all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interview dates, corresponding with applicants, confirming appointments, and coordinating interview-day logistics.
  • Verify applicant credentials and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare candidate ranking materials and ensure adherence to Match rules and timelines.
  • Maintain calendars of applicant interviews, meetings, and recruitment activities.

Scheduling & Program Operations

  • Assist in Coordination of resident rotation schedules,
  • Coordination of call schedules, vacation requests, coverage, and attendance tracking.
  • Manage resident participation in all required educational activities, including conferences, didactics, grand rounds, journal clubs, and In-Service Exams.
  • Maintain the departmental residency training manual.
  • Organize residency events including orientations, resident lunches, educational sessions, and graduation activities.

Faculty & Leadership Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Program Director and teaching faculty.
  • Assist with faculty onboarding, evaluations, teaching documentation, and educational tracking as required by ACGME.
  • Support annual program evaluation activities and ongoing program improvement initiatives.

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, faculty, applicants, institutional GME leadership, and external organizations.
  • Draft and distribute program communications, schedules, policies, and updates.
  • Maintain program calendars and shared resources.
  • Partner with marketing on maintaining program website.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in graduate medical education, academic medicine, or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of ACGME requirements or demonstrated ability to learn complex regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.-to-detail skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Evening or weekend hours to support program events and activities

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program.
  • Familiarity with ACGME ADS, ERAS, NRMP, New Innovations, or similar systems.
  • Certification as a Training Administrator of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME).
  • Experience in dermatology or surgical subspecialty training programs.
