What you will be doing as a Commercial Tire Technician:
For tires (functions performed per TIA Commercial guidelines):
Β· Remove, install, rotate, balance, and perform flat repairs on commercial and large equipment tires (in shop or at customer location)
Β· Safely separate and reassemble tires onto wheels, using specialized equipment
Β· Inspect casings for defects
Β· Locate and seal tire punctures (patch and plug)
Β· Prepare rims and wheel drums for reassembly by scraping, grinding or sandblasting
For retreads:
Β· Prepare retreads (discuss tread with customer, prepare work order, put in staging area, load on truck)
Β· Unload retreads (unload from truck and stack in warehouse area)
For vehicles:
Β· Perform fleet inspections to assess tire needs and make recommendations to fleets as needed
Equipment:
Β· Raise and lower vehicles safely, with hydraulic or floor jacks
Β· Safely operate all shop machinery, including but not limited to: safety cage, spreader, balancer, floor jacks or lifts, air powered tools, torque wrench and/or torque sticks
Β· Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment

401(k) Plan Administrator
The 401(k) Plan Administrator is an office-based leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and administration of the Companyβs 401(k) Plan, supporting approximately 20,000 employees nationwide. Key Responsibilities
The Administrator oversees all plan administration and customer service functions, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring the 401(k) Plan is operated in strict accordance with Plan Documents and maintaining all required plan documentation
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including IRS, ERISA, and DOL requirements, and overseeing the timely and accurate completion of all required reporting and filings

Qualifications
