What you will be doing as a Commercial Tire Technician:

For tires (functions performed per TIA Commercial guidelines):

· Remove, install, rotate, balance, and perform flat repairs on commercial and large equipment tires (in shop or at customer location)

· Safely separate and reassemble tires onto wheels, using specialized equipment

· Inspect casings for defects

· Locate and seal tire punctures (patch and plug)

· Prepare rims and wheel drums for reassembly by scraping, grinding or sandblasting

For retreads:

· Prepare retreads (discuss tread with customer, prepare work order, put in staging area, load on truck)

· Unload retreads (unload from truck and stack in warehouse area)

For vehicles:

· Perform fleet inspections to assess tire needs and make recommendations to fleets as needed

Equipment:

· Raise and lower vehicles safely, with hydraulic or floor jacks

· Safely operate all shop machinery, including but not limited to: safety cage, spreader, balancer, floor jacks or lifts, air powered tools, torque wrench and/or torque sticks

· Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment

What boxes you have to check: 

· At least 18 years of age

· Valid driver's license required

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Positive attitude and the ability to relate well with other employees and customers

401(k) Plan Administrator

The 401(k) Plan Administrator is an office-based leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and administration of the Company’s 401(k) Plan, supporting approximately 20,000 employees nationwide. Key Responsibilities

The Administrator oversees all plan administration and customer service functions, including but not limited to:

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of theAuto Dealer Account Manager will be the attainment of targets set forth within the annual sales plan for their territory - specifically the Shreveport, LA/Memphis TN territory. The ADS will be assigned a sales objective for automobile dealerships within their territories. The ADS will have the ability to achieve territory sales and productivity goals, present financial opportunity to auto dealerships, develop tire retailing capabilities of assigned auto dealership accounts, develop new business opportunities by working with OEM field contacts, and have working knowledge of how to effectively support customer relationship.
