Magic Mike Live is seeking an experienced Production Stage Manager (PSM) to lead the stage management and backstage operations of our Las Vegas resident production. This role is responsible for ensuring the show runs with precision, energy, and consistency while supporting the creative vision that defines the Magic Mike Live experience.
The Production Stage Manager sits at the center of the show’s daily operations, coordinating performers, technicians, and management to deliver a seamless performance night after night. About the Role
The Production Stage Manager oversees all stage management responsibilities for Magic Mike Live, including running performances, maintaining show quality, coordinating rehearsals, and managing backstage communication across departments.
You will work closely with company management, creative and technical leadership, and performers to ensure that every performance reflects the creative standards and production values of the show.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Show
Call and execute all performances with precision, maintaining the pacing, choreography, and technical integrity of the production.
Ensure cues across lighting, sound, video, automation, and staging are executed safely and consistently.
Maintain detailed show documentation including calling scripts, cue sheets, and reports.
Lead Stage Management Operations
Serve as the primary backstage leader responsible for show flow, performer readiness, and departmental coordination.
Facilitate clear communication between performers, technicians, wardrobe, and management during rehearsals and performances.
Maintain a calm and organized environment backstage during high-energy performances.
Rehearsals & Show Maintenance
Schedule and run rehearsals including understudy rehearsals, cast changes, and show maintenance sessions.

Support integration of new cast members and ongoing development of the show.
Department Collaboration
Collaborate closely with FOH, lighting, sound, wardrobe, and technical teams to ensure smooth show operations.

Safety & Performance Standards
Maintain strict adherence to stage safety protocols and backstage procedures.

Reporting & Communication

Qualifications
A minimum of 7-10 years of professional stage management experience in live theatre and immersive entertainment.
Experience calling cues for technically complex live shows.

Ability to remain calm and decisive in a live performance environment.

The Certified Dental Assistant performs a variety of clinical and administrative duties, such as preparing the treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting during procedures. The Certified Dental Assistant makes patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair, prepares them for treatment, obtains their dental records, and instructs patients on postoperative and general oral health care. In addition, the Certified Dental Assistant will assist our patients make appointments, assuring their attendance, and connecting them to support services. ADMINISTATIVE DUTIES
- Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control programs
- Provide postoperative instructions prescribed by dentist
- Map out each plan of care and work with individual patients to connect them to free or reduced-cost dental services within the community where they can take their next step in care.
- Facilitate examinations to patients who otherwise might not receive care.
- Address patient concerns and work to resolve the issues surrounding them. For example, individuals struggling with transportation barriers may receive a gas card or vouchers for public or private transportation fares (e.g., bus pass, Uber credit).
- Create a process that will increase the likelihood that a patient will follow up with needed dental treatment.
- Coordinate local dentists willing to provide free care during community clinic days and recruit volunteers.
- Track outcomes including number of dentists providing free or reduced-cost services, number of patients accessing transportation, number of patients who receive oral health assessments, number of patients referred for oral health services, number of patients who receive subsequent dental care and other metrics as identified.
- Assist with reporting program outcomes.
- Coordinate community clinics pop-up clinics with other TWC staff including patient engagement and communication.
- Conduct orientation for any new providers and volunteers.
- Schedule appointments, prepare bills and receive payment for dental services
- Complete insurance forms and maintain clerical records manually or using a computer
CLINIC DUTIES
- Prepare patient, sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, prepare materials and assist dentist and dental hygienist during dental procedures
- Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs of patient
- Expose dental diagnostic x-rays
- Make preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations for mounting study casts. Pour, trim and polish study casts, fabricate custom impression trays from preliminary impressions, clean and polish removable appliances and fabricate temporary restorations
- Record treatment information in patient records
- Clean teeth using dental instruments
- Apply protective coating of fluoride to teeth
- Assist dentist in management of medical and dental emergencies
- Acquire bids and purchase equipment as needed
- Participate in weekly program team huddles

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in a dental environment
- Pleasant and courteous personality, along with strong phone and computer skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong experience with cast-in-place concrete, structural foundations, vertical builds, and concrete sequencing
- Proficiency in scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project) and project management tools (Procore or similar)
- Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive project profitability
- Proven leadership skills with experience developing field teams and future leaders
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate across owners, engineers, and field teams
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills in complex structural environments
- Knowledge of concrete QA/QC processes, mix designs, and inspection requirements
- Strong commitment to safety with knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

What You’ll Do
Lead Projects from Start to Finish
- Manage cast-in-place, precast, and restoration concrete scopes
- Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Drive projects to completion safely, on time, and within budget
Own the Financial Performance
- Manage buyout, forecasting, billing, and cost controls
- Track margins and proactively mitigate risk
- Review and negotiate change orders
Partner with Field & Clients
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and Operations leaders
- Serve as primary client contact
- Lead OAC meetings and stakeholder communication
Champion Safety & Quality | VPP Award Winner [EMR .39]
- Promote Concrete Strategies' safety-first culture
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Drive proactive quality control practices
What You Bring
7+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
Experience managing concrete scopes preferred
Strong financial and cost control acumen
Ability to lead diverse teams and build client trust
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
- Large-scale structural concrete experience
- Design-build exposure
- Self-perform trade knowledge

What you will do:
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
- Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and CAD design.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, work holding fixtures, and materials for the job.
- Loading material into CNC machines and performing safe and accurate set-up.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks with the use of complex measuring equipment.
- Operating lifting devices in a safe manner (forklifts, overhead cranes).
- Willing to work Overtime when required to meet deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
We are hiring for all shifts to work full time:
1st Shift, flexible schedule options:
- 5x8 Mon – Fri (7:30 am – 4:00 pm)
- 4x10 Mon-Thu / Tues-Fri (6:30 am – 5:00 pm)
2nd and 3rd shift available, 4x10 schedule options Monday - Thursday: *20% shift premium
- 2nd Shift: 4:45 pm – 2:45 am
- 3rd Shift: 8:45 pm – 6:45 am
What you will bring:
- A “Safety First” mindset
- 3+ years of CNC & Manual Machining Experience with tight tolerance and various materials.
- Ability to interpret code/programs and make minor adjustments when necessary.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, bore gauge, depth gauges, etc.)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
- Blueprint Reading, ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
- Forklift, overhead crane, & rigging experience
- Familiarity with common PPE
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
