Family Practice Outpatient Near Fort Drum New York (Upstate NY) Choice position available for a BC/BE Family Practice physician.
This is a Outpatient full time, hospital employed position.
You will be joining a Established Practice that is of course supported by the hospital.
This 78 bed facility, is the only hospital in the area.
Service area is 42,000 persons.
For a Outpatient Practice ,Office schedule is Monday thru friday, 8 AM until 5 PM .
You will be required to take Pediatric Call every 4th weekend as this facility uses Hospitalists during the week 24/7.
Patient census is per day outpatient.
Practice support staff levels are appropriate for practice volume.

Responsibilities: Follow Master Batch Records for the manufacturing of controlled, oral solid dose (OSD) and other dosage forms when required.
Prepare raw materials, blends, and bulk accountability throughout manufacturing processes.
Perform weight checks for incoming and dispensed materials ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Operate scales including set-up, verification, leveling, and challenging.
Identify, report, and resolve quality issues.
Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing equipment safely and in compliance with batch records and SOPs.

We are looking for a talented Purchasing Agent to join our team at Ross Environmental Services. This person will be about 5 - 10 purchase orders per day, as well as follow up after placing orders, handling discrepancies, and other cost savings initiatives. This person will be partnering mainly with our internal operations team at the plant and supporting their needs. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and customer-service oriented individual able to work in various work conditions (plant and business center). The current team consists of 3 people total: 1 Plant Buyer and 2 Purchasing Agents all reporting to the Purchasing Manager.
Examples of purchased goods: pails to repack, 55-gallon drums, plastic drums, steel drums, diesel fuel, waste oil, chemicals, caustic, lab materials for testing, motors, minor electronics.
