Location, Salary, and Benefits
This position is to assist our Fulton, Maryland or Austin, Texas office. Takanock provides competitive compensation and benefits, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield, a 401(k) plan with company contributions, profits-interest equity grants, an unlimited PTO policy, a monthly mobile phone stipend, and company-paid parking. About the IT Associate Role
The IT Associate will join our Legal & Operations team and will work directly with the Senior Manager of GIS and Data Management Systems. This individual will play a key role in supporting the company's growing technology needs while ensuring operational alignment and clear communication between internal Engineering, Development, and Commercial teams, as well as hyperscale customers.
The IT Associate will help manage technical requirements, and will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, user support, SaaS administration, and maintain Takanock's Microsoft-centric technology stack. - Studies that have been transmitted after hours by teleradiography are printed and scanned into PACS, if applicable.
- Checks for prior exams and assures that they are loaded, if necessary, and properly labeled prior to sending to PACS.
Operations
- Restocks linens and supplies, and maintains Diagnostic Imaging Services in clean and orderly condition.
- Transports patients, positions patients, and helps them on and off procedure table.
- Performs patient charging activities on the day the service is rendered.
- Applies shielding, supportive and immobilization devices and equipment.
- Willingly lends knowledge and assistance to others upon request as needed and routinely as time is available, without prompting, so that all working time is used for departmental advantage.

- experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of technology transactions, including inbound and outbound SaaS, software, and hardware agreements; distribution, channel, and reseller agreements; joint development, joint venture, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements; and privacy, non-disclosure, and confidentiality agreements
- experience working with internal engineering, product, design, security, privacy, and marketing teams throughout the product development life cycle, advising on regulatory requirements and how to mitigate risks for new technologies
- experience advising on corporate governance, public company reporting, M&A due diligence, and routine corporate housekeeping matters.
