Job Description

Primary Purpose: The Maintenance Technician plays a critical, hands-on role in supporting plant uptime and performance. This position is 100% floor-based, directly responding to equipment breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with project-related tasks. A core responsibility of this role is to troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical and PLC based control system issues in real time to minimize downtime and support efficient operations. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, highly responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Real-Time Equipment Support & Troubleshooting

• Immediately respond to breakdowns and perform on-the-spot repairs to restore production.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLC I/O and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with operators to identify and resolve root causes of equipment malfunctions.
• Support line changeovers and production start-ups.

PLC and Electrical Control Support

• Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control-related issues.
• Troubleshoot systems using tools such as Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and control panel builds.
• Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate Ethernet and communication cabling.

Preventive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance with focus on reliability and efficiency.
• Take ownership of specific PM areas and proactively improve them.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Identify recurring issues and propose long-term corrective actions.

Project and Fabrication Work

• Assist in machinery installation and facility improvement projects.
• Perform light fabrication and welding for safety and efficiency-related improvements.

Safety & Communication

• Always follow safety protocols and use proper PPE.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Attend and contribute to daily shift meetings and status updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or trade school training preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of RS Logix 5000 or similar programming environments preferred.
• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Understanding of Lean principles, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms for logging repairs, PMs, and work orders; ability to navigate and input data accurately.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain on the factory floor for long periods of time, potentially a full shift
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to crouch, bend, kneel, squat, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance tasks requiring full-body movement and sustained physical effort
• Requires full range of motion in arms, hands, and fingers to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, twist, and use tools
• Must be able to climb and work on ladders
• Ability to stay alert and react quickly to plant conditions
• Schedule may require 40+ hours per week to support manufacturing production.

The primary role of the Assistant General Manager (AGM) is to develop into a store leader and to be capable of running the store in the absence of a General Manager. An AGM is responsible for supporting the overall shift-level operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. They are also responsible for assisting in the growth of annual sales and profit of the store. AGMs ensure that the store's appearance as well as each team member's performance are to company standard. • Provides regular performance feedback to team members and shift leads. Supports and works with GM/DM/HR on disciplinary action.
• Leads and manages shifts while acting as manager in charge of store. Deploys team members as required to meet business demands and works with GM on necessary staffing decisions.

• Follows all food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures and policies and ensures that team members are in compliance.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week; must be able to work a variable of shifts (openings, mid-day shifts, and closing) from week-to-week.
• Must have experience supervising others.
• High School graduate or commensurate industry experience required.
• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

This position is responsible for visiting long term care facilities and assisting physicians with dental care. Main duties include maintaining clinical records and charts through electronic medical records and care and cleaning of medical equipment.

• Assist doctor with patient care in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Reviews, verifies and maintains current and accurate clinical records, charts and medical history through electronic medical records.
• Assures integrity of all documentation.
• Updates patient odontogram for every patient encounter.
• Efficiently passes instruments and supplies to the dentist for appropriate care being rendered.
• Maintains the treatment area by evacuation, washing, isolating, drying and illuminating properly.
• Provides daily feedback and works in conjunction with branch office to optimize dental schedule and reporting.
• Efficiently manages patient flow of facility visit and may push wheelchair.

• Ensure all dental equipment is working properly by completing preventive maintenance requirements and following manufacturer's instructions.
• Assists dentist diagnosis by exposing and processing digital dental radiographs.
• Assist with education of patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education or GED.
• Medical / Dental Assistant experience preferred.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test.
• Hepatitis B vaccination is preferred.
• Must have state radiation license or certificate.
• Must have good computer skills and medical terminology experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Physical Demands:

Requires full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Requires standing, walking, pushing and stooping on a periodic basis.
