Core Responsibilities
- Virtual Sign-off & Validation: Lead the structural durability and fatigue sign-off for critical systems like body structures, frames, and electric vehicle (EV) battery trays before physical prototype builds.
- Advanced Simulation Leadership: Oversee complex, full-vehicle explicit and implicit dynamic simulations (e.g., ground strikes, curb strikes, and cyclic loading) to assess structural resilience.
- Model Correlation: Drive the alignment between virtual simulation models and physical test results from proving grounds or lab rigs to ensure predictive accuracy.
- Root Cause Analysis: Use physics-based principles and simulation data to diagnose and resolve durability failures from early development through production.
- Technical Mentorship: Act as a "subject matter expert" (SME), coaching junior engineers and developing new CAE methodologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with design, manufacturing, and "Road Load" teams to develop design load targets and ensure lessons learned are integrated into future vehicle architectures.
Key Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Simulation Software Expertise: Mastery of CAE tools such as Abaqus, Nastran and fatigue solvers like nCode DesignLife or FEMFAT.
- Material Science Knowledge: Deep understanding of fatigue life prediction, plasticity, ductile failure, and metal joining methods (e.g., welding in HSLA steels or cast materials).
- Data Processing: Proficiency in pre-processors ANSA or HyperMesh and Post-processors HyperView or Meta/Post. Familiarity in scripting languages like Python or MATLAB for automation would be a plus.

From estimating and scheduling to field execution, safety, and budget, this PM / Estimator partners directly with executive leadership to support and expand their existing client base, strengthen field performance, and be a key member of this high-performing team as the company continues to grow in San Antonio.
Key Responsibilities

About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Implementations Manager to own the end-to-end deployment of our leave experience software platform for enterprise customers. This is a critical role at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering—you'll be the quarterback ensuring complex implementations are delivered successfully for some of the world's most innovative and admired employers.
You'll be the primary point of contact for large enterprise customers during implementation, managing multiple stakeholders across employee benefits, HR, IT, and legal teams. Given our early stage, you'll work closely with engineering on assigned implementations, translating customer requirements into technical specifications while maintaining project momentum.

What you'll do
Project management/leadership
- Serve as day-to-day contact and project manager for enterprise implementations, coordinating across multiple customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans in collaboration with customers and engineering, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Lead implementation kickoff meetings, serving as a change management guide to establish clear goals, set expectations on scope, timeline, responsibilities, and effectively frame the value proposition to drive user adoption.
- Manage multiple active implementations and projects spanning a variety of use-cases, complexity, and customer team size

- Gather and document customer requirements, translating customer-specific leave policies and business rules into clear specifications for design and engineering teams.
- Advise customers on best practices for leave experience design and product set-up and configuration.

Product configuration & design
- Partner with design team to create mockups and prototypes that reflect the customer's desired employee and administrator experience.

Technical coordination

As a full-time Demand Planning Analyst in the Sales Department at Aalberts, based in Charlotte, NC, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory optimization to support customer service levels and operational efficiency. This position collaborates across supply chain, sales, and operations teams to develop data-driven demand plans and monitor performance metrics. You will serve as an SME in Demand Planning, demonstrating strong executive presence and the ability to collaborate up, down, and across the supply chain as the process owner for demand planning. Additionally, you will provide statistical data analytical support of the process using Excel, Power BI, and GAINS in JD Edwards ERP. .

Your Challenge
- Ownership and KPI for Demand Forecast accuracy, to include mitigating sales bias as well as ops and supply chain bias.
- Matrixed role with a solid line reporting to Sales and dotted line reporting to Supply Chain.
- Create forecast accuracy tools utilizing AI capabilities.
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and identify root causes of variances; implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes and participate in monthly planning reviews.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate forecast performance and KPIs to leadership.
- Utilize ERP and planning tools to enhance forecasting efficiency and accuracy.

Your Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field or equivalent.
- APICS Certification in Planning and Inventory Management preferred.
- ISM Certified Professional in Demand Management.
- SCPro Certified CSCMP.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and JDE ERP systems; experience with forecasting tools preferred.
- Strong experience in GAINS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Overview
The Senior Manager/Director of Employee Communications at IGT leads the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide internal communications to inform, engage, and align employees across a global, highly regulated organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting IGT's transformation agenda by translating business strategy, leadership priorities, and change initiatives into clear, timely, and compelling employee communications.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a people leader to a high-performing communications team, the Director partners closely with the Chief of Staff, executive leadership, HR, Legal, Compliance, and business unit leaders to ensure employees understand where the company is going, why it matters, and how their work contributes to success.
This role is employee-first, with external communications limited to coordination and alignment where employee messaging intersects with corporate or executive communications.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Employee Communications Strategy
- Develop and lead a global employee communications strategy aligned with IGT's business objectives, culture, and transformation priorities
- Ensure consistent, clear, and compliant messaging across all internal channels and regions
- Translate complex, technical, and regulated topics into accessible communications for diverse employee audiences
Executive & Leadership Communications (Employee-Focused)
- Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on employee messaging
- Lead development of leadership communications, including:
- CEO and executive employee messages
- Leadership announcements and organizational updates
- Town halls, webcasts, and employee forums
- Provide counsel on message framing, timing, and delivery for sensitive or high-impact employee communications
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Lead global internal communications to support engagement, alignment, and trust during periods of growth and change
- Oversee internal channels, including:

- Use employee feedback and data insights to continuously improve communications strategy and execution
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate, internal, or external communications
- Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and managing enterprise-level communications
- Proven people leadership experience, including managing teams and external resources
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience working in a global, matrixed, and regulated environment
Preferred
- Experience in gaming, technology, or other highly regulated industries
- Change management or transformation communications expertise
- Crisis and issues management experience
- Familiarity with communications platforms, analytics, and measurement tools
