The SEM Manager is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy across Tao Group Hospitality venues, with a primary focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search campaigns. EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) with proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROAS
• Deep understanding of keyword research, bid management, ad copy optimization, and Quality Score improvement
• Experience with Google Ads scripts, automated bidding strategies, and advanced audience targeting

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will support prototyping activities within a collaborative manufacturing environment. The position works closely with engineering teams to assist with product development initiatives and the fabrication of prototype components.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting prototype builds in collaboration with Product Development Engineering.
• Assisting with fixture setup, fabrication, and prototype assembly.
• Producing components using machining, rapid prototyping, and fabrication equipment.
• Creating and modifying 3D models using CAD software to support prototype development.

Essential Duties and Job Functions

• Must possess the ability to establish and execute a MIL-STD-882 safety program that concludes with a comprehensive safety assessment.
• Must possess the ability to understand the concepts of preliminary and system hazard analysis, hazard logs, fault tree analyses, environmental assessment and management, risk assessments and mitigation and occupational health hazard assessments.
• Ability to translate system requirements into functional requirements
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Able to work independently or in a team
• Avaialble for minimal travel when required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical discipline with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.The equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience can be considered.
• Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. Must be able to pass additional security background checks as required.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Aircraft platform experience
• Pilot experience
• Reliability and maintainability modeling skills
• FMECA experience
• Human Factors modeling and simulation experience
• Working knowledge of PTC WindChill (Releyence)
• Working knowledge of Airworthiness Certification
