Unit Description: As a nurse in our Pre-op and PACU units you would have the opportunity to create a supportive and caring environment for our patients coming in for procedures. In this position you would be working in our PAT office (calling patients with education about surgery), Pre-op, PACU, Phase 2 of recovery, assist with some procedures and complete follow-up calls. We have 5-10 beds in our pre-op area and 14 beds in our PACU/Phase 2 areas.

The Progressive Care nurse primarily treats patients with the following diagnosis: compromised airway requiring intensive respiratory therapy, controlled infusion of antiarrhythmic or vasoactive IV drug therapy, acute poisoning, suicide attempts, multisystem failure, neurologic abnormalities, metabolic crisis, multiple trauma, chest pain, myocardial infarction, heart failure, hemodynamic instability, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, post-anesthesia care, mechanical ventilation, cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia analysis, thrombolytic therapy, GI bleeding, internal/external pacing, electrical cardioversion, acute dialysis (peritoneal, hemodialysis) and post-cardiac arrest. We are a fast-paced work environment, encountering a diverse patient population with needs ranging from acute management of chronic disease/illness, to orthopedic surgery, to general surgery. Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring for an Associate/Mid-Level Design Engineer to work at our North Charleston, SC location.
We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact the design of our aircraft. As an Associate / Mid-Level Structures Design Engineer on our team, you will have an opportunity to support fuselage design projects that span a wide variety of opportunities including sustaining design and factory support, customer and fleet support, oversight of our 787 Partner engineering teams and the supply chain. This individual should be able to manage a wide variety of concurrent work statements, including long and short flow assignments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops, integrates and documents structural requirements to establish the system design.
- Develops, maintains and modifies structural and component designs, using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and/or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Supports performance, integration and analysis of tests to validate and verify components meet requirements and specifications.
- Supports management of supplier development, test and production activities and coordinates with the supplier to optimize the design and achieve program goals.
- Assists with investigation of emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.
- Works under minimal direction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
- 2+ years of aerospace engineering, design criteria and engineering release processes.
- 2+ years of experience with 3-D modeling (Autodesk Inventor, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, SketchUp, Pro-E, 3DX, etc.) and/or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience.
- Experience working within a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience within Boeing Commercial Airplanes with exposure to Boeing Design Methods
- Demonstrates good problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (TS-C) is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the sterile field. The Technologist accurately and efficiently anticipates surgeon's needs intraoperatively by applying comprehensive knowledge of operative procedures, Equipment, anatomy and surgeons' preferences. The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (TS-C) works closely with all perioperative team members during the preoperative, intraoperative, and post-operative care of the surgical patient. The Certified Surgical Technologist will also be required to precept.
In addition to the primary job description above, there will be additional job accountabilities. These include, but are not limited to:
* Open, turn over, and set up the labor and delivery operating rooms and patient rooms as needed
* Safety check of operating rooms at beginning and end of shift

- Administer Genda Coins and monthly raffles, including announcing winners and coordinating prize delivery to project sites
- Gather client requirements and support setup for both Genda Basic (safety/logistics) and Pro projects
- Identify projects with expansion potential and connect opportunities to the Customer Success Lead
Requirements:
- 2- 4 years’ experience in implementation, customer support, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience with construction technology, project management tools, field operations or background in construction.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn product configuration and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication skills and customer first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working on construction sites and interacting with field personnel
- You are Austin based and can travel to project sites as required
Advantageous Skills & Experience:
- Experience onboarding SaaS customers or managing technical setups
- Bilingual (Spanish/English speaker)

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in real estate finance and development, working closely with our Senior Associates, Managers, and Principals to help run consulting engagements.
From day one, you will assume a pivotal role in our team by identifying informational sources, assembling and analyzing data, executing analysis, and presenting your findings to colleagues, supervisors, and clients. You will be responsible for researching various development projects, development costs, jurisdictional policies, competitive development projects and legal documents – all of which will become the basis for the team’s strategic recommendations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in research and preparation of financial analysis associated with residential master planned communities
- Assist in preparing financial impact studies
- Prepare special district financing applications
- Prepare pro-forma cash flows
- Support senior management
Required Skills
- Strong academic background - finance, real estate, accounting, or mathematics background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Solid modeling skills with advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present strategies and business decisions clearly and concisely
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships
- Interest in working collaboratively with the public sector
