Trajectory Energy Partners (Trajectory) is seeking a Senior External Affairs Analyst to support our Community-Driven Community Solar (CDCS) project portfolio. This will be a full-time position, reporting to the Director of External Affairs and will be responsible for writing project applications, conducting local community engagement activities throughout Illinois, and managing project compliance as required by the Illinois Power Agency's Illinois Shines Program.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Lead Trajectory's engagement on our Illinois Community Driven Community Solar projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local leaders, workforce partners, and municipal stakeholders.
- Support identification and coordination of local hiring and workforce development opportunities for Trajectory's solar projects.
- Lead our CDCS application and compliance processes, including writing application narratives, and gathering required documentation and supporting evidence.
- Track and manage existing CDCS project commitments and Illinois Shines program requirements.
- Maintain organized records to support reporting and ongoing compliance throughout development of the project.
- Collaborate with Trajectory's development managers to align CDCS commitments with project timelines and milestones.
- Provide support for Trajectory's public affairs and policy initiatives, including advocacy efforts and responses to project-related issues.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned and/or directed.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The College of Sciences (CoS) and the College of Engineering (CoE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia invite applications for multiple tenure-track faculty positions in the field of solar-terrestrial science and/or space weather. Applicants will be considered at all ranks, though there is a particular focus on the Assistant and Associate ranks. Areas of interest include but are not limited to the Earth's ionosphere and magnetosphere, space weather forecasting and resilience. Applicants with research interests in any or all of sensors and observations from ground or satellite instruments, data analysis and data science, modeling and theoretical research, are all welcome to apply. The position will be supported by the National Science Foundation under the Faculty Development in geoSpace Science program. This unique faculty search is being pursued by a joint effort of two Colleges, enabling candidates across a broad range of backgrounds to apply. Job Summary and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the care of the patient. The RNFA practices under the supervision of the surgeon during the first assisting phase of the intraoperative role. The RNFA does not function concurrently as a scrub/circulator during the RNFA component of surgical patient care. The RNFA also functions when not first assisting in the RN perioperative role.
- You must possess In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures, including da Vinci Robot (SI), orthopedic, neuro, and general surgery
- You will assess patient's condition and monitor vitals, providing general nursing care before and after surgery
- You will ensure that the Operating Room is prepared with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment
- You will keep the operating room sterilized

Develop relationships with prospective First Time Buyers by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads.
Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential First Time Buyer and follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner efficiently.
Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued First Time Buyer satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., reloads, referrals, additional sales).
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required: High school diploma or GED Private Office in the home for work and computer equipment Proficiency in English Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel and Team.

Follow up on referrals/leads from First Time Buyers.
Fulfill requests from First Time Buyers or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
Contact First Time Buyers to monitor satisfaction, make aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.
Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions, provide comprehensive First Time Buyer assurance and ensure timeliness of closings.
Giving Sales Presentations Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to First Time Buyers and potential First Time Buyers.
Establish trust with the prospective First Time Buyer and First Time Buyers throughout the entire sales process to build on-going rapport.
Discover the needs of prospective First Time Buyers and First Time Buyers through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilize the information to customize the sales presentation.
Explain the features, advantages and benefits of the product and advocate the appropriate amount of points to accommodate the prospective First Time Buyers and First Time Buyers current and future vacation needs.
Complete and close the sales contract process by ensuring all required/legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized.
Practice and continue to develop and improve sales script and presentation.
Ensure clear understanding of finance options and present as an approach to First Time Buyers.
Prepare for daily appointments (e.g., review tour sheet, First Time Buyer history, presentation details, etc).

Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking an Operating Room First Assistant Registered Nurse. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a surgical environment. What you will do in this role:
You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of intra-operative patients.
You will assist surgeons in operative procedures patients.
You will maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and examination results.
You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
Requirements:
Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse or ARNP in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
Graduate of an accredited by CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) and the State of Florida Surgical Assistant Program, or Medical School Graduate, or Allied Health professional having completed 2250 hours surgical rotation.
Current Certified First Assistant (CFA) having completed 350 cases. Two years of experience within the last four years.
Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Current Certification as First Assistant (CFA) required.
