Job Description Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role within the FP&A team, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, insightful performance analysis, and effective budgeting support. This position is actively involved in month-end close activities, P&L reviews, and forecasting, while partnering closely with Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Accounting. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with key business drivers and supports professional growth within a dynamic, fast-paced CPG environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Close (30%)
- Support monthly close activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Prepare profit and loss statements and related supporting schedules.
- Conduct variance analysis, comparing actuals to forecasts, budgets, and prior periods.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports, providing clear explanations as needed.
Performance Analysis & KPIs (25%)
- Monitor business performance by regularly reviewing results versus budget and forecast.
- Analyze key performance indicators and business drivers to deliver actionable insights.
- Proactively flag risks and opportunities, sharing significant findings with management.
- Assist in preparing materials for management presentations and business reviews.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support (20%)
- Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting and validating cross-functional inputs.
- Assist with profit and loss modeling and help develop underlying planning assumptions.
- Reconcile financial data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Business Support (15%)
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to inform business decisions.
- Provide analytical support for special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Systems & Process Improvement (10%)
- Maintain and improve financial models, reports, and templates to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
- Support ongoing upgrades to finance systems and reporting processes.
- Identify and recommend improvements to strengthen data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or consumer products is preferred.
- Advanced financial and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present insights clearly.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a self-starter mindset and eagerness to learn.
Working Conditions
Work is performed largely in an office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 10% business travel may be required.

Job Description Summary
The Sales Finance Senior Financial Analyst is a cross-functional business partner responsible for supporting the Sales and Finance organizations through comprehensive analysis, reporting, and forecast. This role enhances financial performance by providing clear and actionable insights, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and driving strategic financial decision-making. The SFA supports monthly close processes, leads trade accuracy initiatives, and collaborates extensively with Sales and Revenue Management teams to strengthen financial accountability and business alignment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct monthly variance analysis on volume, gross sales, and trade versus prior forecasts to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate key drivers of change in volume, gross sales, and trade forecasts at both customer and brand levels; align Sales teams on notable trade rate changes.
- Prepare and analyze volume-price-mix files for Finance leadership.
- Support month-end closing SAP activities such as trade IO settlements and to-down processes.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support customer-level insights and financial decision-making.
Trade Accuracy & Forecast Governance
- Lead monthly Trade Forecast Accuracy meetings with Sales team members.
- Issue monthly Trade Forecast Accuracy scorecard to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee forecasting and validation of all non-promoted trade accounts such as distressed, customer penalties, slotting, and marketing trade.
Customer & Specialized Financial Support
- Manage customer-specific forecasting processes including Costco forecast files and Club account promotional event P&L’s.
- Develop and distribute Customer P&L’s; provide live walkthroughs with Field Sales on financials and trade levels.
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as TVAT customer budgets with volume-rate-mix analyses and CBR presentation preparation.
- Drive automation and process improvement for reporting efficiency.
- Support adoption of Power BI and other digital tools.
Special Projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.

Lead financial stewardship and long-term sustainability as Chief Financial Officer at Ray County Hospital and Healthcare in Richmond, Missouri.
The Position
- The Chief Financial Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations, ensuring financial health, and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to the community.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will serve as a close strategic and operational partner.

Requirements

- CPA certification is preferred.

The Financial Advisor is responsible for managing existing client relationships and formulating and implementing advice. They are also expected to develop new client relationships and often work with, train, and supervise other staff in client service delivery.
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
General:
- Manages client relationships assigned by the firm and helps clients achieve wealth goals.
- Makes critical client decisions such as creating or reviewing financial plans, implementing investment policies and strategies, and recommending investment products.
- Coordinates and works closely with the client service team, including Financial Advisors, support staff and administrative staff.
- Markets the firm and develops its reputation with referral sources and the community.
- Attracts new clients to the firm.

- Supervises the work of other advisors and administrative support.
- Participates in critical management and service decisions, including vendor evaluation and the design of processes.
- Develops and maintains internal and external Center of Influence (COI) relationships.
Advisory:
- Prepares and updates financial plans, including working with clients to obtain the necessary information and ensure that it is accurately entered into the firm's financial planning systems.
- Works with other VP Financial Advisors to discuss, review and finalize financial planning assumptions and design decisions.
- Works with the client and under the supervision of VP Regional Director to obtain information and prepare risk profiles and if applicable, investment policy statements.
- Coordinates the transfer of client assets to the firm during new client onboarding, working closely with the operations team.
- Develops asset allocation strategies and works with the investment team or on her/his own to implement the strategy.
- Rebalances portfolios as directed by the investment committee and the Lead Financial Advisor working with the client.
- Participates in all client meetings and adds value to the meeting through the delivery of presentations, facilitation of discussions and preparation of information.
- Creates custom worksheets and analysis where needed to answer client questions or research investment opportunities.
- Researches new investment products and vendors.
- Facilitates the adoption of new technology by the client service teams and trains others as necessary.
- Frequently supervises and trains Wealth Analysts, Financial Advisors and at times the Wealth Administrative Assistants.
- Advises clients on appropriate financial products in the context of their plans.

Qualifications:
- Has earned an undergraduate degree in a related discipline such as Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Completion of FINRA Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) and Series 65, and Series 7 and Series 66
- Holds appropriate advisory licenses as required by the SEC and state agencies
- Completion of CFP program and examination
- Brings a minimum of five years and a median of seventeen years of experience in the role

- Demonstrates expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
