Job Description
WHAT DOES A VP, GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR DO?
Provides senior-level leadership and guidance for the interactive marketing plans for a group of clients and/or brands managed by other Account Directors. Shares responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid-to senior-level relationships, providing additional opportunities and assessing risk associated with the client. Responsible for meeting the campaigns’ financial impact on budget, target goals and objectives for both the client and for EVERSANA INTOUCH. Leads the development of the integrated solutions offered from EVERSANA INTOUCH through research, analytical metrics and strategic insight.
The VP, Group Account Director works with our clients to plan, execute, manage and analyze their digital marketing campaigns, as well as drives new initiatives and ideas forward. This individual interacts with clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and is a key contributor for the client’s day-to-day issues and projects. The VP, Group Account Director works closely with each of the internal departments at EVERSANA INTOUCH including Project Management, Strategy, Business Systems Analysis, Creative, Analytics, Social Media, Design and Development. This role requires experience with managing projects, timelines, cost and tight deadlines.

The Group Account Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to develop effective communication and tactical plans. Has overall responsibility for Agency output. Ensure coordinated approach to promotional tactics. Serving as the global leader for appliance quality strategy, this position oversees mechanical, electrical, electronic, thermal, and software-related quality throughout the full product lifecycle - from concept development through field performance - across refrigeration, cooking, ventilation, and dishwashing product categories.

Responsibilities:
Quality Strategy & Governance
- Define and deploy a global quality strategy for major appliances aligned with brand, safety, cost, and reliability objectives.
- Establish standardized quality policies, procedures, and KPIs across all regions and platforms.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing U.S. restaurant group and they’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join their team in LA. This role will lead and manage all HR functions across their U.S. operations, driving strategy and day-to-day execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all U.S. HR operations: onboarding, payroll, policies, and employee relations.
- Manage payroll for Los Angeles locations accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws and HR regulations.
- Optimize HR/HCM platforms to streamline processes for managers and staff.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding to create a seamless employee experience.
- Advise managers and leadership on HR matters, building a strong and fair workplace culture.
Who You Are:
- Experienced HR professional in restaurants or hospitality in Los Angeles.
- Skilled with HR/HCM platforms, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Confident navigating multi-state labor laws.
- Comfortable implementing policies and procedures while keeping them human and practical.
- Thrives in a fast-growing environment and enjoys contributing to expansion plans.
- Excellent communicator, problem solver, and approachable leader.
