Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. What you will do in this role:
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position. SUMMARY
The Director of Clinical Services plans, coordinates, implements high quality care through analysis and evaluation of multiple methods and tools that measure quality, such as the Network Performance Measures, USRC Clinical Quality Reports, policies, procedures, and directives. This position assumes a proactive role in adhering to guidelines, policies, procedures, and directives and collaborates with Clinical Specialists, Facility Administrators, and clinic staff to ensure compliance with company policy, Federal and State agencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
GROWTH
- Oversight of guidance provided to the facility teams by the Clinical Specialists within assigned regions.
- Work with regional operations management to assist with the opening of denovo facilities and transitioning acquired facilities.
- Evaluate trends in clinical data and provide guidance to Clinical Specialists to prepare for educating the facility staff on the effective and efficient use of company resources, (i.e. supplies), safety and risk reduction, and the best methodologies to achieve.
- Evaluate readmissions, hospitalizations, and catheter rates to identify opportunities to improve treatment rates and decrease infections and missed treatments.
- Work with Clinical Specialists toward the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual projections based on clinical outcomes and management objectives.
OUTCOMES
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality of care processes for program regulatory compliance in accordance with Company goals.
- Ensure clinical processes in assigned USRC facilities are maintained in accordance to company policy and federal, state and local regulations. Review audits performed by Clinical Specialists in assigned facilities. Ensure findings are reported to the Facility Administrator and regional management teams and POC is developed and implemented appropriately. Report delays in the execution of the POC to the VP of Clinical Services and RVP as indicated.
- Assist with the development of quality goals and measures by reporting field requests and trends in data to the VP of Clinical Services. Responsible for positively impacting clinical outcomes by working collaboratively with the clinical and local management.
- Oversee Clinical Specialists in achieving program target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient care and Company goals at assigned clinics.
OPERATIONAL READINESS
- Knowledge of and remain current with technology, federal, state, local laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of state specific education requirements. Collaborate with policy development committee with the purpose of developing state specific policies, where indicated.
- Assist Clinical Specialists as needed to support clinics with remaining in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations by conducting internal clinical audits. Ensure audits are scheduled in an efficient manner taking travel, the clinic's regulatory health and required resources into consideration.
- Provide guidance to local/regional teams and Clinical Specialists in the implementation of the ESRD Emergency Preparedness regulations.
- Provide written follow up on any deficiencies for all internal audits and state and federal surveys to Facility Administrator, RVP and VP of Clinical Services.
- Evaluate patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational performance standards. Report issues to Facility Administrators and regional management.
- May participate in Policy and Procedure committee to create and maintain clinical, education and QAPI policies.
- Review regional trends in Incident Reports and identify educational opportunities in response to identified patterns. Ensure the process for reporting events to the state(s) are effective, where indicated.
- Evaluate types, frequency and facilities required to complete Network projects. Ensure Clinical Specialists offer education to address if patterns exist.
- Participate in actual disaster planning and response team efforts as needed.
- Support Clinical Specialists and collaborate with Home department leadership to assess how the Clinical Services team can assist. Discuss need for policy/procedure revisions with VP of Clinical Services.
- Serve as the regional resource person for involuntary discharges (IVD) and managing grievances. Ensure VP of Clinical Services aware of all IVDs and grievances that cannot be resolved at the local level.
- Be familiar with emergency operational procedures.
- Use appropriate safety measures including personal protective equipment, as necessary.
- Be familiar with OSHA regulations.
PARTNERSHIPS
- Understand, lead, and promote the Company's mission and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity, safety, corporate responsibility and objectives.
- Communicate with VP of Clinical Services and regional management on a consistent basis regarding the status of each clinic in the region.
- Maintain collaborative working relationship with Facility Administrators and regional management. Partner with Facility Administrator(s) and regional management to ensure clinic needs are met.
- Acts as liaison with Medical Directors and physicians to coordinate quality patient care.
- Maintain a positive/collaborative relationship with physicians, state agencies and the community.
- Actively promote GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Respond effectively to inquiries or concerns.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT/ RETENTION
- Identify specific training needs of assigned region and communicate findings to VP of Clinical Services.
- Developed corporately and included in CS JD. Develop and implement clinic based in-service programs as directed or requested.
- Developed corporately and included in CS JD. Responsible for professional development of each Clinical Specialist in assigned region including appropriate orientation to the role upon hire.
- Supervise the hiring of clinical services staff as needed in collaboration with VP of Clinical Services and Human Resources Department.
- Maintain effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all Clinical Specialist personnel; approving and submitting time worked and counseling and disciplining employees.
- Uphold management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort.
- Effectively communicates expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements include:
- Current RN or LVN/LPN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years prior clinical/dialysis management experience of a multi-site health care provider.
- Three (3) years' experience with performing adult education preferred; knowledge of creative solutions to the challenges of adult learning, education and continuing education is required.
- Must have extensive knowledge of dialysis industry standards and regulations governing ESRD facilities.
- CNN or CHN certification required within two (2) years of accepting position.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Valid driver' license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current, without restrictions and good driving record.
- Excellent leadership, team building and coaching skills.
- Strong public relations skills for dealing with physicians, agencies, surveyors, etc. are valuable.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to read, analyze and write reports.

SUMMARY
The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for the coordination of daily clinical trial activities. USRC has a research Partnership with the principal investigator (PI) and their physician practice. The local oversight and direction for activities related to the conduct of the clinical research is directed by the PI. The CRC will work collaboratively with the principal investigator (PI), the Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator (SCRC), the clinical site, sponsor(s), clinical research organization(s) (CROs), institutional review boards (IRBs), and study participants to ensure Execution of the clinical trial in accordance with the Study Protocol, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) and applicable state and local regulations. The CRC will assist the PI in protecting the rights, safety and welfare of all study participants.

- Coordinate all aspects of participant care from screening through study completion as defined by the protocol and PI delegation.
- Ensure and document that the informed consent process has occurred properly according to the Code of Federal Regulations (45 CFR part 46).
- Assist in the process of maintaining and updating each study participant's source records, including collection of medical history, assessment of eligibility and documentation of all study related procedures and relevant information.
- Promptly report adverse events, protocol deviations and unanticipated problems involving risk to human subjects or others to the PI, the Sponsor, the IRB and in accordance with the Federal Code of Regulations (21 CFR 312), with assistance as applicable.
- Ensure thorough, individualized, protocol-based study subject education on all study processes including but not limited to informed consent, study participation obligations, appropriate use of investigational product (IP), IP side effects and safety, communication with study staff and research rights.
- Provide timely and accurate exchange of participant information with the PI and research team as it pertains to study conduct and patient safety.
- Adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA Privacy Rule) and protect participant confidentiality at all times.
- Dispense, administer and instruct participants on proper use of the investigational product (IP) in accordance with the protocol, coordinator's scope of practice and at the direction of the PI, with assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with the USRC clinical team. Participate in trial implementation, and ensure compliance with the study protocol by our clinical partners, with assistance as needed.
- Perform accurate and timely data collection, source documentation, and entry into the USRC databases and sponsor Case Report Forms (CRFs)/ interactive web response systems (IWRS). Address queries and sponsor requests in a timely manner.
- Aid in the coordination of long-term storage of research records in accordance with contractual requirements, with direction from the Director of Clinical Research.
- Assist in the preparation of and attendance during site initiation meetings, monitoring visits, audit visits or regulatory authority inspections.
- Responsible for the preparation and ongoing maintenance of Essential Documents (The Trial Master File). This includes those documents that will allow for the evaluation of the clinical trial and demonstrate compliance of the sponsor and PI with the study protocol and GCP. (Including but not limited to: Form FDA 1572, financial disclosures, laboratory certifications, protocol, investigator brochure, institutional review board (IRB) related documents, IND reports delegation of authority (DOA), study specific enrollment logs, monitoring reports, with assistance as needed.
- Assists in the coordination of efforts of internal and external resources (industry partners, clinical research organizations) to ensure efficient trial selection, proper patient recruitment, achieving target enrollment goals and trial plan execution.
- Fosters a patient-care culture that emphasizes patient safety and quality in all aspects.
- Responsible for the patient stipend automated payment process including registration into the system and processing payments per the USRC policy and ongoing maintenance of payments during the trial.
- Adheres to the USRC Research quality assurance program guidelines.
- Travel to Investigator Meetings or similar research related meetings is required.
- Travel may be required between dialysis facilities or nephrology practices within the community.

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for positively impacting regulatory standards and clinical outcomes of clinics in an assigned geographic region. - Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
- One (1) year experience as a RN.
- Must have geriatric Home Health work experience.
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.

Emanate Health Medical Group is seeking a *Per Diem Radiation Oncologist* to provide high-quality cancer care when our full-time Radiation Oncologist is on vacation or during periods of increased patient volume. At the *Emanate Health Cancer Center*, our multidisciplinary team of hematology/oncology and radiation oncology specialists is committed to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cancer. We utilize state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based treatment approaches. Throughout every step of the cancer journey, we support our patients, their families, and caregivers with comprehensive services designed to promote healing in body, mind, and spirit.
*Responsibilities*
· Perform examinations and diagnostic evaluations to confirm cancer diagnoses.
· Develop and implement individualized radiation treatment plans, including selection of therapeutic techniques and appropriate drug regimens.
· Deliver radiation treatments, including advanced procedures such as stereotactic radiosurgery.
· Monitor and assess patient progress throughout treatment.
· Provide pharmacological management and counsel patients on lifestyle modifications that support overall health.
· Collaborate closely with the oncology care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
*Requirements*
· Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) degree.
· Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency program.
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology.
· Experience in the diagnosis and treatment of oncology patients.
· Strong knowledge of radiation therapy procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and exceptional bedside manner.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
Pay: From $2,000.00 per day

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care that puts patients first. Your clinical skills, attention to detail, and compassionate presence help create healing experiences and support a team that’s committed to the care and improvement of human life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing focused nursing care for patients with complex needs by administering medications, managing lines or drains, and assisting with interventions like cardiac monitoring or respiratory support
- Closely observing patients for subtle changes in status — including shifts in heart rhythm, oxygen levels, or neurological signs — and escalating concerns quickly to support early intervention
- Documenting timely, accurate updates that help the care team coordinate effectively in a high-acuity environment
- Helping patients and families understand complex conditions and recovery steps with clarity and comfort
- Working closely with RNs, providers, and specialists to stabilize patients and guide them through the transition from intensive care toward recovery
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
