Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.

The Construction Project Management Supervisor with the Seaport Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for performing advanced professional and administrative work in managing maintenance projects for the Port Everglades Department. Specifically:

  • Oversee water/sewer, stormwater design, construction, and other infrastructure to include regulatory compliance.
  • Review as-built drawings, architectural, engineering plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local building codes.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance and capital projects
  • Manages and supervises contractors and consultants in their performance and adherence to contract specifications; negotiates construction and consultant contracts, amendments, change orders, and work authorizations.

SCOPE OF WORK

About the Role

Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products. Manages and develops long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in their assigned territory and represent Neurocrine brand(s) and their approved indications. Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Telecommunicator. This position plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication and support for the Kernersville Police Department. Applicants must have at least one (1) year of prior experience as a telecommunicator to be considered for this position Candidates must also have DCI Modules 1, 2, and 3 certifications or be willing to obtain these certifications during the training phase. Additionally, applicants must be willing to commit to at least 24 hours per week during the training phase and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position performs responsible specialized paraprofessional and technical work in the Communication Center for the Police Department. An employee in this class performs paraprofessional and technical work receiving both emergency and non-emergency telephone calls from citizens and relaying information to police officers via a multi-channel radio system. The worker also provides information/referrals to the general public and other law enforcement agencies. The employee must have the ability to communicate clearly, to use good judgment, to multi-task and to work in stressful situations. Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Design Engineer is responsible for the support of new and existing products. This support may include, but is not limited to, product development, prototype generation, laboratory testing and problem solving, from concept to production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
