Primary Purpose
We are seeking a highimpact, strategic, and executionoriented directorlevel Program Manager to lead and mature the organization's program strategy, delivery excellence, and client enablement capabilities. Responsibilities
- Establish and execute departmental goals and objectives aligned to enterprise strategy, contract priorities, and client mission outcomes; define and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and data-informed decision-making.
- Design, implement, and continuously mature program management, governance, and delivery enablement frameworks that scale across portfolios while ensuring compliance with federal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Provide executive-level visibility into portfolio, program, and project health through standardized dashboards, metrics, and reporting-enabling proactive management of risks, issues, dependencies, and performance trends.
- Partner with portfolio and divisional leadership to support investment prioritization, funding decisions, and resource allocation, balancing client commitments, growth objectives, and staff sustainability.
- Ensure full lifecycle contract execution excellence, including initiation, execution, closeout, client reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement integration.
- Lead people management strategy for the department, including performance management, career development, succession planning, training pathways, and promotion readiness.
- Own departmental workforce and strategic resource planning, including forecasting, recruitment, onboarding, capacity planning, skills development, and certification alignment.
- Ensure compliance with staff allocations plans, time reporting, and internal policies across billable, internal, and strategic initiatives.
- Actively support business development efforts, including RFP solutioning, staffing models, transition planning, delivery onboarding, and ongoing executive client engagement.
- Champion quality-by-design principles across all delivery artifacts and processes; oversee SOP evolution, process training, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong awareness of industry, regulatory, and technology trends; represent the organization through thought leadership, publications, conferences, and strategic forums.
Required Skills:
- Advanced expertise in program, portfolio, and PMO leadership, including framework design, governance models, and delivery maturity assessments (e.g., PMI, PMO, Agile/Hybrid environments).
- Strong command of program operations, including financial management, forecasting, risk and issue management, resource optimization, and executive reporting.

- Optimize workforce utilization by aligning staffing decisions with delivery needs, staff development goals, and long-term organizational strategy.
- Lead and support staff transitions, onboarding, promotions, and role changes with minimal delivery disruption.
- Drive training and capability development strategies aligned to SOPs, industry standards, and evolving client needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a senior liaison between executive leadership, program teams, and client stakeholders.
- Strengthen client partnerships through structured feedback mechanisms, contract / project performance reviews, and strategic planning engagements to support change agility and account growth.
- Enable cross-division collaboration to ensure integrated delivery and shared accountability.
- Communicate performance, risks, and opportunities through clear dashboards, briefings, and executive presentations.
Advisory & Consultation
- Provide strategic advisory services to internal and external stakeholders navigating complex program and project and delivery challenges.
- Translate technical, business domain, and operational concepts into actionable strategies that enable informed decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor supporting both delivery excellence and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a scientific, health, or program management discipline preferred. PMP or equivalent certification desired.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior program strategy and delivery leadership roles across federal, academic, and private-sector environments.
- Program Leadership: Extensive experience program management, PMO leadership, governance, financial management, and large-scale delivery enablement.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in life sciences, clinical research, bioinformatics, health informatics, and public health.
- Leadership & Business Acumen: Proven ability to lead distributed teams, manage complex stakeholder environments, and influence at the executive level.
- Business Development: Demonstrated success supporting client growth, solution design, and consulting delivery models.
- Federal Health IT Experience: Experience supporting HHS, NIH, NCI, or similar agencies strongly preferred.

The Dermatologist provides expert dermatology care through asynchronous telemedicine consultations on our secure platform, creating a professional yet convenient experience for patients. As part of this role, you will review cases, offer diagnostic insights, and recommend treatment plans, all without video or phone interactions. This position is offered on a 1099 contract basis, giving you the flexibility to work independently, set your own schedule, and leverage your clinical expertise to help patients thrive-supported by our technology and infrastructure. Summary of Position
The Principal AI Security Engineer is a senior technical leader on the AI Security team, responsible for designing, building, and operating security controls for generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) systems across their full lifecycle: data, training, deployment, and runtime.
This role is deeply hands-on: you will work directly with data science, MLOps, platform, devops and application teams to secure LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, and AI-enabled products. You will also lead the intake and review process for AI use cases, helping the organization adopt AI safely and at scale in a highly regulated environment.
The ideal candidate combines:
* Strong security engineering and cloud architecture experience
* Deep, current familiarity with modern AI/LLM tooling and practices
* Familiar and can cover basic coding within the AI tooling space (python, others)

Secure AI / ML platforms and workloads
* Lead security architecture and threat modeling for AI/ML systems, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents, and AI-powered applications.
* Design and implement security controls as code (services, libraries, infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code) for AI/ML platforms and workloads.
* Lead and help setup the basic infrastructure needed to safely rollout AI - MCPs, LLMs, pipelines, Test harness for AI (ie: harmbench), intake automation.

- Training and fine-tuning pipelines

* Define risk-based criteria for AI use case approval, including data sensitivity, model and vendor selection, integration patterns, and control requirements; this will involve in re-mapping the complete end to end lifecycle.
* Review proposed AI solutions from concept through deployment, providing clear, actionable guidance to product and engineering teams.
* Maintain visibility into the AI use case portfolio and risk posture, and provide regular reporting to leadership and governance bodies.
Monitoring, detection & assurance
* Establish and maintain monitoring and detection for AI-specific threats, such as:
- Prompt injection and jailbreak attempts
- Data exfiltration and sensitive data exposure

* Integrate AI/ML systems with existing logging, SIEM, and incident response processes.
* Lead or participate in AI-focused security assessments, red-teaming, and adversarial testing; drive remediation and verification.
Strategy, leadership & enablement
* Help define and evolve the organization's AI security strategy, standards, and roadmap in partnership with Security, Engineering, Data, Legal, Privacy, and Risk.
* Translate global privacy, data sovereignty, and regulatory requirements into practical technical controls for AI workloads across multiple cloud environments.
* Prepare and deliver executive-ready briefings and narratives on AI security risks, controls, and progress.
* Mentor other engineers and serve as THE internal subject matter expert on AI/ML security, generative AI, and LLM-based systems.
Qualifications Expected for Position
- 7+ years of experience in information security, security engineering, or related fields, including significant time building and securing production systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (such as LLMs, RAG, model training/fine-tuning, MLOps, or AI-powered products), including implementation of security controls or guardrails for these systems.
- Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar), with a track record of contributing to production-grade tools, services, or libraries.
- Deep understanding of cloud security architecture and controls on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including identity, networking, secrets management, data protection, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience designing and implementing controls in a highly regulated environment; healthcare or financial services preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams, from problem definition through design, implementation, and adoption.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical and risk topics clearly to both engineering teams and senior leadership.

Summary of Position
As a Staff Software Engineer, you are a senior individual contributor who leads the design and delivery of significant platform features and raises the bar for engineering quality across the team. You'll work handson in code-designing APIs and data flows, building services in Python/FastAPI and React frontends, and guiding solutions from idea to production. Lead technical design for platform features and services, breaking ambiguous requirements into clear, incremental designs and stories for your team and adjacent partners.

Define and use clear API contracts and data flows between services and UIs, creating patterns and templates others can follow.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent work experience is acceptable.

Significant experience with React (or a comparable SPA framework) and building production frontends that talk to backend APIs.

Summary of Position
The Manager, Broker Sales, drives Teladoc Health sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with regional healthcare consultants and brokers.

The Production Operator is responsible for setting up, loading and operating production machines, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the quality of the product meets required specifications. The Production Operator may work in one of three areas - Spooling, Stranding or Closing, and is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of those around the machines. The Production Operator works under the direct supervision of a Production Supervisor and the technical oversight of the Process Engineering and Quality department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Record set-up information at the start of each order.
- Remove empty bobbins from the previously completed order and load full bundles of wire or bobbins using appropriate lifting devices.
- Weld or knot new wire new supply to trailing end of previous order (if applicable).
- Thread machine by pulling wire or strands through guides, tension rollers, and/or stranding or pre-forming heads.
- Secure, install and adjust the proper dies, stranding/pre-forming head, crushing rollers, post-former and carboloy rings as required by the order.
- Set the proper lay according to order specifications.
- Adjust tension and die pressure at the beginning of the order and as required throughout the entire order.
- Start lube pump as required by the order.
- Inspect and replace tensioning devices as needed.
- Inspect the set-change, including cutting a strand for helix-height measurement before requesting approval from the production supervisor.
- Properly tag product, stage in proper storage area, and record all production.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
