We are seeking a motivated, energetic, creative, and aggressive reporter who can think and perform outside the box.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop story ideas and gather information for newscasts, have sound writing skills, a great work ethic, and a can-do attitude.

Job Description:

Assists surgeons with exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions that will help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal results for the patient.   • Areas of responsibility include manpower planning, process and vanning layout design, expectation sheets development and New Model packaging evaluations
  • Identify and implement process improvements in support of business plan objectives and general cost reduction.
  • Lead Model SA’s (Situational Analysis) of SCO projects with minor complexity (up to $250,000).Β 
  • Identify and lead tasks as prescribed by and maintain Specified Action Plans (SAP).Β  Create and manage SAP’s for projects with limited complexity

The Supply Chain Management Operations Department is responsible for the oversight, standardization and technical leadership of the internal material handling operations at the Honda automobile powertrain and final assembly sites across North America. The Process Engineer position is responsible for engineering and executing the internal logistics flow of parts through a specific Honda plant to the production line.Β  This position will be responsible for supporting the development and design of internal material delivery processes, working and communicating with stakeholders, and developing solutions through process analysis, time studies, work balancing, etc.Β 

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of processes with production departments and third-party logistic (3PL) companies utilizing engineering tools (MOST, AutoCAD, Visio, QMF, Excel, etc.) required to achieve project and business plan targets.Β 
  • Areas of responsibility include manpower planning, process and vanning layout design, expectation sheets development and New Model packaging evaluations
  • Identify and implement process improvements in support of business plan objectives and general cost reduction.
  • Lead Model SA’s (Situational Analysis) of SCO projects with minor complexity (up to $250,000).Β 
  • Identify and lead tasks as prescribed by and maintain Specified Action Plans (SAP).Β  Create and manage SAP’s for projects with limited complexity
  • Coordinate with production departments and 3PLs on the investigation of production related issues of significant complexity and coordinate the implementation of countermeasures for complex production related issues.
  • Mentor EX1 and EX2 process associates, provide feedback on work output and quality.

  • Ensure coordinated follow-up on the 5+ Temp Out report for MBS opportunities
  • Adopt, promote and display a consultative manner when collaborating with Talent Solutions Field/Strategic Accounts constituents, Talent Solutions field leadership and Protiviti MBS market leads.
  • Provide recommendations to the Talent Solutions district and regional management teams and MBS Protiviti leads on critical improvements needed to grow their MBS business
  • Participate and help facilitate local MBS pipeline meetings, staffing leadership meetings and Protiviti Managing Director/Director monthly meetings
  • Help establish consistent Protiviti and Talent Solutions joint MBS meetings for business development coordination

Qualifications:
