Job Features/Details Diagnostic & Rehabilitation Center (DRC) where Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services reside, as well as PT/OT/SLP.
The lab and X-ray are on site; advanced imaging is available at the hospital, which is 3 minutes down the road.

Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test result;

Your mission is to drive multi-year, multi-MW, take-or-pay capacity agreements, enabling those organizations to scale AI compute with GMIβs GPU cloud and data center platform. What You Will Do
1. Build and own relationships with hyperscaler infrastructure decision-makers

Summary
This position is accountable for performing clinical laboratory testing, following all applicable policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
β’ Independently performs moderate to highly complex clinical tests following the required procedures and policies. Performs newly introduced tests to the laboratory that require defined skills.
β’ Prepares and oversees the preparation of reagents or media as well as stock solutions, standards, and controls. Tests new reagents or controls and evaluates their usefulness
based on standard criteria.
β’ Determines the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria in testing procedures.
β’ Determines calculated results utilizing testing data by means of manual or computerized procedures.
β’ Accurately enters results of testing. Checks the computer review reports to monitor accurate reporting of laboratory results. Adheres to analytical schedules to maintain turnaround times of results.
β’ Evaluates the acceptability of routine and complex analyses prior to releasing patient reports.
Recognizes and takes appropriate action in response to critical values or unusual or unexpected results, and documents action taken.
β’ Responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of laboratory equipment.
β’ Evaluates the results of instrument performance checks. Performs linearity, accuracy and precision checks as required.
β’ Performs Quality Control and calibrations with the appropriate frequency and evaluates results, to determine acceptability of result release.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

The Physician Assistant is a key clinical role responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. This position involves conducting advanced assessments, managing complex cases, and performing various procedures to support the reproductive journey of patients. Responsibilities:
β’ Reviews patient cycles and manages the process of sending medications, ensuring timely and accurate administration.

Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Capital Budget and Contract Control, is responsible for supervising, coordinating and executing the management of multiple capital projects for the Post-Acute Service Line. Supports collaborative development with various business teams and drives process improvements for the successful management of the overall project lifecycle, supporting provision of all deliverables from inception to completion.
Essential Functions
- Manage all aspects of assigned capital projects from initiation through closeout including but not limited to budgets, schedules procurement and quality control.
- Work with the facility staff on facility construction projects. Including: scheduling, adherence to job specifications, quality of work placed, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Provides direct supervision and coordination of design consultants and contractors as required by ongoing projects. Including review of design documents, not limited to drawings and specifications, for compliance with Central Office standards, end user programs, facility standards and needs, regulatory agency requirements and codes to ensure the projects are completed within budget and planned schedules.
- In conjunctions with Director, facilitates RFP processes, and procurement requests including drafting scopes for design RFPs, contractor scopes of work and coordinating consultant responsibilities and tasks.
- Develops and submits budget reports and variances as required. Assures that adequate funds are budgeted and funds are available. Reviews schedules, budgets, and progress reports and provides regular updates to supervisor and stakeholders.
- Conducts regularly scheduled site walks and ensure project is in adherence with NYC H+H procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Support invoice review, change order evaluation, and project reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
