The Skilled Nursing Center Site Administrator (SA) is responsible for creating and maintaining an environment providing high-quality clinical care in a homelike setting while assuring operations meet applicable policies and procedures, and the federal and state regulations that govern long-term care facilities. This individual is a champion for long-term and post-acute care services, combining expertise with compassion in service to the needs of residents, families, and the staff who work within the center. The SA is a key contributor to UVM Health’s strategic priorities for access, affordability and providing high-quality care for our community. Specifically, the SA will assist in the continuous improvement and evolution of post-acute and long-term care services within UVM Health Continuing Care in response to new or unmet community needs.
This position requires demonstrated skills in program planning, a creative and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to be self-directed while fostering collaboration.
Education, Licensure, and Certification
- Vermont and/or New York Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field required from an accredited educational institution, Master's degree preferred.
Expected Experience, Skills and Attributes
- Minimum five or more years of management experience with increasing responsibilities, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
- Management experiences in at least one of the following settings is required:

Responsibilities:

The Certified Surgical Tech First Assist (CSTFA) will provide essential support to the surgical team by evaluating and coordinating activities during surgical procedures. Perform pre and post-operative activities to facilitate optimal patient care. Works closely with surgeons in the operating room during a surgical procedure. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and during an operation, assist the surgeon with tasks such as selecting equipment, holding open incisions, stopping bleeding, closing the incision, among other technical tasks. Collaborate with healthcare professionals including anesthesiologists and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process.
Positioning the patient for surgery and aiding with draping
Clearing the area where the surgeon will operate and holding open incisions by using tissue retractors, sponges, or operating
suction or irrigation equipmentSelecting and passing instruments and supplies during an operation
Stopping bleeding by sponging, clamping, tying, or cauterizing vessels, or suturing tissue layers as directed by the surgeon
Applying dressings to surgical wounds
Counting sponges, needles, and other materials before and after the operation
Closing the incision at the end of the procedure
Follow facility protocol and policy as well as other state and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required and completion of an accredited surgical first assistant program. Associates degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as Surgical Tech. Preferred experience as a CSFA or SA-C in diverse surgical specialties and proficiency with robotic and minimally invasive surgical
techniques.
Certifications: Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFSA) or Surgical Assistant-Certified (SA-C) required.
BLS - Basic Life Support required.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (SA) specializing in Data Center Liquid Cooling, with emphasis on rear‑door heat exchangers (RDHx) and cooling distribution units (CDUs). This is a new capability within our organization, and you will serve as our primary expert in liquid‑based thermal solutions for high‑density compute environments.
In this post‑sales architecture role, you will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, design full liquid cooling solutions, support field teams during deployments, and help shape our internal best practices around liquid cooling technologies.
You will:
Customer Engagement & Post‑Sales Architecture
Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to gather thermal, environmental, mechanical, and operational requirements
Design end‑to‑end liquid cooling solutions featuring rear‑door heat exchangers, CDUs, manifolds, hoses, fittings, and facility water loop considerations
Produce detailed solution designs including schematics, BOMs, system flow diagrams, thermal performance expectations, and installation guidelines
Translate customer requirements into scalable, supportable, and reliable architectures
Deployment & Field Support
Support field engineering teams during installation, commissioning, and validation of RDHx and CDU systems
Provide technical oversight on-site or remotely, ensuring the deployed system aligns with the approved design
Troubleshoot flow rates, pressure drops, temperature deltas, coolant quality, sensor behavior, and CDU operational parameters
Assist with acceptance testing, monitoring configurations, and integration with facility cooling infrastructure
Internal SME & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the internal authority on liquid cooling within engineering, operations, sales, and product
Develop internal documentation: reference architectures, best practices, safety guidelines, and deployment playbooks
Train field teams and adjacent groups unfamiliar with liquid cooling practices
Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to stay aligned with the latest RDHx and CDU technologies
Practice Development
Define standards and repeatable processes for liquid cooling implementations.
Contribute to service offerings that support deployment, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of liquid cooling systems
Help shape long-term strategy and roadmap as our liquid cooling practice grows

7+ years in data center infrastructure, solutions architecture, mechanical/thermal engineering, or HPC environments
Hands-on experience with: Rear-door heat exchangers (enclosed or active systems)

Coolant loop design, manifolds, flexible hose routing, connectors, drip‑less fittings, sensors, etc.

Facility water loops and integration points
Flow balancing, delta‑T analysis, and pump performance curves
Leak detection and safety best practices
Familiarity with data center power/cooling concepts (rack-level thermals, airflow management).
Architecture & Customer-Facing Skills
Experience conducting customer requirement gathering and converting needs into detailed solution architectures
Ability to write clear architectural documentation, diagrams, and BOMs
Comfort supporting deployments hands‑on and resolving technical issues in the field

The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and the FAA, organizing and conducting meetings to resolve outstanding issues, and cross-functional collaboration between Engineering teams, Regulatory Administration, Safety, Quality, and other organizations. The candidate will ensure regulatory project milestones are met and will create and review documents for internal and external stakeholders, including the FAA. Close monitoring and tracking of assigned action items is expected to support company performance goals.
Primary responsibilities:
* Manage and execute the ODA Unit Member Interference processes in accordance with Boeing Procedures Manual, FAA regulations, and the Act's requirements, including early dispute resolution and interference allegation investigations.
* Coordinate with Corporate Investigations, Legal, ODA administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant resolution of interference and certification safety issues.
* Prepare and submit required reports and correspondence to the FAA within regulatory timelines, including initial and final interference reports, ensuring alignment with the Act's transparency and accountability provisions.
* Facilitate root cause analyses (RCA) and development of corrective action plans (CAP) for substantiated interference and compliance issues, supporting a culture of safety and accountability.
* Utilize project management tools to track and report on interference, compliance, and certification safety metrics.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, supporting whistleblower protections and ethical reporting.
* Communicate effectively across departments with strong verbal and written skills to share ideas, present findings, and provide recommendations.
* Develop and monitor the implementation of corrective actions ( :// ) to address substantiated interference and prevent recurrence
* Gather and analyze relevant data to perform root cause analysis and investigations.
* Apply critical thinking to evaluate data and processes to support compliance, safety, and interference resolution.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
* Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3+ years of experience in project management
* 3+ years of experience in systems engineering
* Experience or familiarity with regulatory compliance processes, investigations, or dispute resolution
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
* Previous experience with Product Safety in aerospace or related industries
* 1+ years of experience with FAA regulations, ODA procedures, and the Aircraft Certification, Safety, and Accountability Act of 2020
* Deep understanding of 14 CFR § 183.57 (ODA Responsibilities)
* 1+ years of experience with Root Cause Analysis
* Experience with ODA Unit Member Interference reporting and resolution processes
* Experience working with Corporate Investigations, Legal, or compliance teams
* Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies applied to compliance or personnel issues
