The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Associate will support the firm’s equity capital markets and business development efforts by organizing equity processes, managing investor relationships, and formalizing materials used in capital raises. The position is highly execution-oriented and sits at the intersection of investor outreach, internal coordination, and transaction readiness. This role will play a key part in reducing time to market and ensuring equity opportunities are presented in a professional, consistent, and data-driven manner.


General Responsibilities

Equity Sourcing & Relationship Management

  • Create, maintain, and continuously refine targeted equity investor lists aligned with specific deal profiles, sectors, and capital requirements
  • Lead and support equity-side introductions, helping to establish new investor relationships and expand the firm’s equity network
  • Organize and manage broker and intermediary relationships, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment with deal objectives
  • Coordinate and participate in weekly internal calls focused on current equity needs, investor feedback, pipeline status, and next steps


Business Development & Process Coordination

  • Support equity-focused business development initiatives by tracking outreach, responses, and follow-ups with investors and brokers
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, brokers, and external equity partners
  • Ensure equity efforts are systematic, repeatable, and well-documented to support scalability


Marketing Materials & Presentation Formalization

  • Lead the formalization and organization of company equity presentation materials, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and structure
  • Assist in the creation, updating, and refinement of equity deal books, investor decks, and related materials
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, current, and aligned with the firm’s investment narrative and deal strategy


Data Room Management & Deal Readiness

  • Organize, structure, and maintain equity data rooms to support investor diligence
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect, review, and upload required documentation
  • Ensure data rooms are investor-ready, clearly labeled, and easy to navigate
  • Proactively identify gaps in documentation that could delay investor review or closing timelines


Efficiency & Time-to-Market Optimization

  • Streamline equity processes to reduce time to market for new opportunities
  • Improve internal workflows related to investor outreach, materials preparation, and diligence
  • Track key milestones and deadlines to keep equity raises moving efficiently


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate, wealth management, investor relations, capital markets, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of equity capital raising processes and investor relations
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Position Summary

Evergen Equity is seeking a talented Investments Analyst to join our Investments Team. As an Investments Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sourcing, evaluation, acquisition, and management of our commercial real estate investments and maximizing the value of our portfolio. Organizational Structure and Reporting 

As an Investments Analyst, this role will report directly to the Senior Associates of the Investments Team.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Acquisitions & Underwriting: Develop and maintain detailed financial models and cash flow analyses to evaluate new investment opportunities across various real estate product types.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth, property-level market research to inform investment decisions. This includes identifying demand drivers, gathering lease and sales comparables, analyzing development pipelines, and synthesizing data from brokers and third-party providers.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including a critical evaluation of a project's capital structure, business plan, operating characteristics (revenue, expenses, capital expenditures), and key performance risks.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentation materials to communicate research findings, diligence conclusions, and underwriting assumptions to senior management and outside investors.
  • Asset Management Support: Assist with the ongoing asset management of portfolio investments, including analysis related to financing, refinancing, major asset-level decisions, and eventual dispositions.
  • Special Projects: Support miscellaneous projects related to process improvements and portfolio-wide reporting to enhance investment operations.

 

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  •  Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field, combined with 1-3 years of experience in an analytically rigorous role at an investment bank, private equity firm, real estate operating company, or leading brokerage.
  • Technical Skills: Expert financial modeling skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, with a proven capacity to interpret complex information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Real Estate Acumen: A strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, return drivers, and complex financial structures (e.g., debt, equity, JVs). A demonstrated passion for real estate and a desire to build a career in principal investing.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and simple messages for internal and external audiences.

We’re growing fast, and our Commercial Roofing Service and Repair division is adding a Service Account Manager to be a liaison between key stakeholders with field-based expertise.  This role is based in Mifflinburg, PA, location - about 75  minutes from Harrisburg, PA, and is a key role in managing client relationships and overseeing ongoing service needs.  


This role conducts roof inspections, identifies repair opportunities, prepares service proposals, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure fast, dependable service. It is a field-based, client-facing position ideal for an organized, relationship-driven professional.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Account Executive II plays a pivotal role in expanding our Private Client Group business. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a member of the regional operations team, consisting of the Senior Vice President, Vice President of Property Management (VPPM), Regional Managers, and Facilities Team, the Analytics Manager, Property Operations demonstrates a strong knowledge of Equity’s financial and operational policies, processes and reporting systems in order to advise the regional leadership team on the portfolio’s performance and assists in uncovering strategic opportunities. This position is responsible for all operational analysis and forecasting, preparing financial review documentation for S-Ox requirements, creating and reviewing property operating budgets, as well as leading special projects for the apartment communities within a VPPM’s portfolio. This position will collaborate with the regional team to provide guidance on how to leverage the financial reporting tools and serves as the operational partner to the VPPM. You work closely with the Operations team to ensure compliance with the national reporting structure, while also using their local market expertise to address any specific local market reporting needs.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Participates in monthly operational review meetings by taking a leadership role to evaluate market performance metrics, identify trends, implement new guidelines, and identify and support corrective actions. Documents monthly operational review meetings to meet Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
  • Collects and analyzes operational data and market metrics for the assigned portfolio to help recognize market trends and business issues in order to make informed organizational decisions. Generates reporting around market performance issues such as occupancy, revenue and expenses, overtime, headcount changes, etc. Consolidates data to provide meaningful information to leadership on the status of the operations.
  • Utilizes the Company’s financial reporting systems such as MRI, Essbase, and BI to troubleshoot and resolve questions from business partners and field leadership regarding financials, metrics, and emerging trends. This may include, but not limited to, budget variances, reconciliation for corporate and property accounting and audit functions or any other request for information impacting quarterly reporting.
  • Completes all annual property operating budgets and forecasting associated with assigned portfolio using actual performance results, previous budget figures, estimated revenue and expenses and other available information and leadership guidance.
  • Performs field compliance research as determined by the VPPM and VP, Property Operations. Assists the property management team in evaluating on-site administrative personnel in policy and procedures compliance.
  • Serves as a liaison between the VPPM and business partners by identifying resources, gathering information, and troubleshooting financial inquiries.
  • Assists the regional property management team on new acquisitions and developments, preparing and reviewing operating budgets and completing the initial cold loads. Ensures a smooth transition for newly acquired communities during the acquisition and development process.
  • Identifies trends and shifts in behavior and presents findings to the Regional Leadership team. Offers solutions to resolve business issues and assists in implementing new policies and procedures. Partners closely with the VPPM to research opportunities for properties to improve performance..
  • Builds ad hoc reports utilizing Equity Residential systems (MRI, OPs, EIS, Essbase, BI, etc) Extracts, organizes data and analyzes large amounts of data and summarize findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Trains leaders on how to use the financial reporting system and tools.
  • Performs additional analysis, special projects and other duties as assigned by the VP Property Operations and/or VPPM.
  • Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public.
